Currently, I apply my skills as an Online ESL Teacher, helping non-native speakers improve their English proficiency. Hey, mein Name ist Nicolas, ich bin 20 und studiere im 3. Semester Jura in Bayreuth. Meine Hobbys sind vor allem ins Gym gehen und Motorrad fahren. Ich habe mein Abitur in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg 2023 gemacht. Meine Schriftlichen Prüfungen habe ich in Biologie, Wirtschaft und Englisch abgelegt, die mündlichen in Mathe und Deutsch. Nachdem ich mein Abitur mit 1,5 bestanden habe, bin ich nach Bayreuth gezogen wo ich nun im dritten Semester Jura mit einem Zusatzstudium für Wirtschaftswissenschaften studiere

Hi, I’m Elaine Bereña, and I specialize in teaching Mathematics. My teaching journey began as part of my return of service for the scholarship I received during my college years. During that time, I taught various Math subjects, including General Mathematics, Pre-Calculus, Basic Calculus, and Statistics and Probability. In addition to my classroom experience, I also provided tutoring services for college students in higher-level mathematics courses, such as Calculus. Currently, I work as a freelance chat-based tutor, continuing to support students with their learning needs in Mathematics. The satisfaction I feel when a student grasps a challenging concept is incredibly rewarding. I take great pride in contributing to each student’s academic growth, and I view teaching as a reciprocal experience—helping students develop while constantly learning and evolving myself. As an educator, I am passionate about creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. My goal is to make students feel comfortable and confident, encouraging them to share their hobbies, interests, and personal experiences. I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Batangas State University – The National Engineering University in the Philippines. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in both teaching and the Electrical Engineering industry, with a particular focus on renewable energy. My career spans various roles in engineering, project management, strategic planning, and teaching, equipping me with a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of the field. In addition to my technical expertise, I am passionate about bridging the gap between theory and real-world applications, ensuring that students not only develop strong academic foundations but also acquire the practical skills and insights needed to excel in their careers. Ich bin eine freundliche, abenteuerlustige Person mit einer Leidenschaft für das Lesen. Organisation, Ehrgeiz und Geduld zählen zu meinen Stärken, und ich schätze es, klare Strukturen zu schaffen, die es mir und anderen ermöglichen, Ziele erfolgreich zu erreichen. Ich glaube fest daran, dass eine positive Einstellung uns dabei hilft, positive Dinge in unser Leben zu ziehen, und dass wir niemals unsere Träume aufgeben sollten. Für mich ist es wichtig, kontinuierlich zu wachsen und andere zu inspirieren, das Beste aus sich herauszuholen. Ich habe einen Bachelor in Business Administration, den ich auf Deutsch und Englisch studiert habe, wodurch ich umfassende betriebswirtschaftliche Grundlagen sowie Sprachkompetenz in beiden Sprachen erworben habe. Anschließend absolvierte ich meinen Master in Digital Marketing and Design Thinking an einer renommierten Universität in Barcelona, wobei mein Fokus auf digitalen Marketingstrategien und kreativen Problemlösungen durch Design Thinking lag. Zusätzlich habe ich über zwei Jahre Unterrichtserfahrung in den Fächern Englisch und Mathematik gesammelt und unterstütze Kinder mit Freude und Motivation beim Lernen, um ihnen zu helfen, komplexe Konzepte zu verstehen. Es ist mir wichtig, ein lernförderliches Umfeld zu schaffen, in dem die Schüler die Unterstützung erhalten, die sie brauchen, um erfolgreich zu sein und sich für die Fächer zu begeistern.
