This part is integral to the learning process, and our first session will ensure an in-depth understanding of the student's most aligned learning style. As a tutor, I believe in creating a supportive and interactive learning environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking. I take a personalised approach to each student's learning needs, tailoring my teaching style to their unique strengths and weaknesses. Over the years, I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds, including primary school students, high school students, and university undergraduates. I specialise in teaching algebra, calculus, and geometry, and I am always excited to take on new challenges. I am proud to say that my past students have achieved excellent results under my guidance, with many of them scoring top grades in their exams and developing a love for maths. Some of my most rewarding experiences as a tutor have been seeing my students grow in confidence and independence, and knowing that I played a part in their success.

Hello! I started tutoring at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. I have a background of Science and Anatomy. I can tutor English, maths, and science at primary school level, and maths up to year 9 - specialising in years 5 and 6 maths, and 11+ exam prep. I have a certificate to teach English as a foreign/second language, and I work with 11+ exam preparation. I am a member of MENSA and I incorporate my logical thinking into my teaching, which children find helpful because of 'step by step' techniques. I like to make our sessions as fun as possible, including games and lots of praise! If one teaching method isn't working, let’s try it a different way. I speak some German, so if you are a native German speaker wanting to learn English, I may be able to incorporate this into our sessions. I'm happy to help with any GCSE or A-level Human Biology or Anatomy questions! I am also very musical, I fluently play the ukulele and bass guitar, and I sing too. I am a member of the George Formby Society and regularly play in front of a live audience. I can help with any questions you might have regarding these instruments!

I graduated university in the Netherlands just about 2 years ago and obtained a a double degree in English and economics! I am now beyond excited to help you get better at math, economics, business studies, English, or maybe a combination of all 4 haha! I currently am still living in the Netherlands but will soon be moving to Vienna to start a new chapter! I really enjoy tutoring and helping people become better at their desired subject(s), it really is incredibly rewarding to watch people make progress and exceed their own expectations with my help.

I have delivered the national curriculum throughout this time following awarding body specifications for GCSE Maths, A Level Maths, A Level Further Maths, GCSE Physics and A Level Physics. I have taught students who are academically gifted and talented, struggling with mental or medical health issues as well as those who are disaffected with education. I have always retained a passionate enthusiasm to facilitate learning and enhance the lives of those I consider a privilege to invest time with. When I'm not helping others with their learning, I enjoy time with loved ones engaging in physical pursuits like swimming, cycling, and cooking.

Currently a cover supply at a school therefore I am up to date with new and current maths and GCSE all science . I have been tutoring maths and all sciences for 7 years. I have experience working with ages from 5-16 and also experienced working with SEN students. Throughout the pandemic, I have been tutoring online, therefore, having an understanding of how to keep students engaged . I also teach 11+ to students who would like to join grammar schools and independent schools and private schools.

Lower Level: Business Studies, English Literature GCSE: Business Studies, English Literature, English Language A-Level: Business Studies, English Literature Preferred exam board experience: AQA for both English and Business Studies, however, the Edexcel Business Studies course has a lot of crossover and therefore could teach this. Languages: German up to GCSE level. Preferred student age group: Primary Level and GCSE level however would be happy to teach up to A-Level for both subjects. From a young age I had a passion for teaching; setting up my dolls and teaching them about whatever I had learnt that day at school, now I have the opportunity to do that and see the results of what we have gone through. Throughout sixth form, alongside my A-Levels I would tutor the younger pupils and help them gain confidence and find enjoyment in learning. now at University, whilst I no longer have the opportunity to do this I now volunteer at the local hospital organising activity evenings for the patients there. Not only do I meet a variety of people here but it has also greatly improved my organisational skills and challenged my already creative brain to new lengths. When I get the chance to relax I do so by reading. I hope that I can incorporate my love for literature in my teaching to create memorable and long lasting connections through what I teach my students. I hope my passion for teaching can be seen through my lessons and will inspire those who I work with to achieve their personal and academic goals!

- Biology GCSE - Maths Year 7 - 9 I am a second year undergraduate student at King's College London studying BSc Biomedical Science, and achieved AAA at A Level in Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I have been a tutor & mentor all throughout school, and have tutored my younger sister throughout her GCSE Science & Maths. I've always loved Science, especially Biology, and enjoy studying it at university. I have also been a student who has taken online tutoring lessons during school, so I feel I understand well what makes an effective, helpful lesson and how to best support as a tutor.
