I'm Sophie, I am 24 and I come from the Highlands of Scotland. I am an experienced tutor with three years experience on this platform alone with experience of tutoring privately and volunteering. I teach various subjects such as History, Biology, Human Biology, and English. I am extremely experienced in helping students build up their confidence and capability for their exams. I have personal experience with the SQA exam board but I have equal capability in teaching my subjects to other exam board standards and to students of any age and level. I have in-depth knowledge in English literature from Shakespearean plays like Macbeth to War and Conflict Poems, and more. I'm fluent in English, write a lot, and I absolutely love creative writing so that comes in handy when guiding students through revision for the English Language Paper. As someone who was born and raised in Germany, I have a deep understanding and appreciation for the German language.
