Hi, my name is Rebecca, I am a second year medical student in UL. I previously studied science in UCD, where I graduated with a major in physiology, minor in Japanese, genetics and microbiology. I'm from Wexford and love going home every few weeks to see my family and my dogs. I can teach science to Junior Certificate level and biology to Leaving Certificate level, both at higher and ordinary level. I have some experience giving grinds to both JC and LC biology also. Hello, my name is Kirsty. I am currently a PhD student at the University of Manchester studying maternal and fetal health. At secondary school I always enjoyed learning about Science and Maths, so after my GCSEs I decided to study A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths. Following this, I went to the University of Manchester to study Biomedical Sciences. Here I spent three years learning about various aspects of Biology such as Anatomy, Physiology, Neuroscience and Biochemistry. From my lectures I began to grow an interest in maternal and fetal health, which I pursued by completing my master's in reproduction and pregnancy. As well as increasing my knowledge about biology I also learnt laboratory skills and how to conduct experiments. I am now doing my PhD whilst also teaching undergraduate biology students at the university. Outside of academia I also enjoy going to dance classes, hiking and baking.

Hello, I am currently a masters degree student in applied aquatic biology at the University of Portsmouth. I have experience with AQA GCSE biology and Eduqas A level biology exam boards. I am fluent in English. I have grown up tutoring my younger sister and disabled brother who suffers with brain damage and epilepsy so have some experience with disabilities. I would preferably like to tutor primary to A-level. I enjoy marine mammal research, skiing and sailing in my spare time as well as musical theatre. I’ve just graduated the University of Portsmouth with a First class degree in Marine Biology.
