Hi! I’m Ife and as a recent medical graduate, I bring not only a deep understanding of science but also a passion for sharing knowledge and nurturing academic growth. Having served as a classroom assistant for children with special educational needs and disabilities, I possess the patience and adaptability required to cater to diverse learning styles. Additionally, my experience teaching science to year 7 students showcases my ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner. With a focus on fostering both academic achievement and a love for learning, I prioritize creating a supportive and engaging environment for my students. Whether we're tackling Biology, Chemistry, or any other subject, I am dedicated to helping your child reach their full potential. Rest assured, with me as your child's tutor, they will receive personalized attention and guidance tailored to their individual needs. Let's work together to cultivate a foundation of knowledge and curiosity that will serve them well in their academic journey and beyond. Obtaining my MD degree from the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland has been a transformative journey, equipping me with a diverse array of skills and experiences. Throughout my medical education, I've not only delved deep into the intricacies of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology but also honed invaluable skills such as communication, empathy, and problem-solving. As a medical student, effective communication has been paramount in every aspect of my training. Whether it's conducting patient interviews, collaborating with colleagues, or presenting cases, I've learned to articulate complex medical information with clarity and compassion, fostering understanding and trust in healthcare settings. Moving away from home forced me to become a resilient and adaptable individual and I’m forever grateful for my time in Poland. Beyond academia, my professional journey has been multifaceted. Working as a Healthcare Assistant in various nursing homes, I've gained hands-on experience in providing holistic care and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to support patients' needs. My time in retail and warehouse roles at Sainsbury's and Amazon respectively has further enhanced my adaptability and work ethic. These experiences have instilled in me essential skills such as time management, organization, and customer service, which are invaluable in any professional/tutoring setting. Furthermore, my extensive volunteer work reflects my commitment to community service and making a positive impact. Whether it's providing first aid with St. John Ambulance, assisting children with special educational needs and disabilities as a Classroom Assistant, or supporting the elderly at an Age Concern Centre, I've consistently demonstrated a dedication to serving others with empathy and compassion. Overall, my education and experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded individual, ready to excel in any challenge I undertake

Hi, my name is Medhavi and I am a first year medical student. I aspire to teach in a way that is tailored for the student's individual needs by combining aspects of theory with hands-on learning and exam questions. I hope to foster a positive and encouraging environment for the student by patiently easing them into the content and building our way up. *Years of experience tutoring a range of different subject and age groups, including Maths, Physics, Chemisty and Biology* Engineering (which includes maths and science) is a fascinating and challenging field that involves solving problems and designing solutions to improve the quality of life. I love engineering because it allows me to use my creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of science and technology to create innovative solutions that can benefit society. As a tutor, my goal is to help students understand and enjoy engineering as much as I do. I believe that anyone can learn engineering with the right guidance and motivation. I will provide my students with the necessary tools, resources, and support to help them achieve their goals. My teaching style is student-centred, meaning that I tailor my approach to the individual needs and learning styles of each student. I use a combination of lectures, examples, and hands-on exercises to help students understand the concepts and develop the skills needed to succeed in engineering. I am also a firm believer in the power of practice and feedback. I encourage my students to practice their skills regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Over the past 3 years as a tutor, I have worked with students ranging from Key Stage 2 to A-levels, in subjects including maths, physics, chemistry and biology. I have tutored primary school children struggling with basic numeracy and literacy skills, helping boost their confidence and abilities in the core subjects. For KS3 students, I have assisted with more advanced maths concepts and science topics in physics and chemistry to help them improve grades and tackle difficult material. At the GCSE level, I have experience tutoring all three sciences - chemistry, biology and physics - along with higher level mathematics. My tutoring approach has focused on filling in gaps in students' knowledge, teaching effective study habits and providing plenty of practice with past exam papers. More recently, I have begun tutoring A-level students in maths, physics and chemistry. At this advanced academic stage, my tutoring often focuses on ensuring strong foundations across all topics and teaching advanced problem-solving abilities. I have tutored students both privately and through platforms like MyTutor, Wisefox and Tutoring4You. Working independently and through these tutoring companies has allowed me to gain experience with a diverse range of ages and subjects. I find that my broad 3 years of experience has made me highly adaptable and has enhanced my tutoring skills. In summary, I stand out as a tutor because of my passion for engineering and my commitment to helping my students achieve their goals. I believe that anyone can learn engineering with the right support, and I am dedicated to providing my students with the tools and resources they need to succeed. YOU WILL SUCCEED WITH ME!

We were desperate to get some additional help with the little one's schooling. Following on from Covid and, the constant snipping at public school funding by the Government (2010-2024), many children have fallen behind and, there has not been additional support made available. We took the initiative to employ someone from outside usual educational provision and, we haven't regretted it. We have our tutor Keeley, who has a fantastic approach to teaching. She makes the little one feel relaxed and, provides material which keeps him engaged. Keeley goes over and above to help support with learning, especially where there are specific difficulties. All support is online using a platform which is easy to navigate. Comments and lesson planning can be added which allows communication between student, family and tutor. Progress can be viewed and lessons adjusted to suit. It can mean that you spend all your spare cash in that month but, its well worth the cost.
