I am Gabi and I have lived in England for 8 years. I have loved science since I was a little girl, I even ended up coming to the United Kingdom to fulfil my dreams by graduating from Biological Sciences at university. I am fluent in verbal and written Polish, English and French. I want to inspire my students to become as powerful as I did when I learnt English independently within 2 years so I could study at English university! You really can achieve whatever you wish for if you work hard, step out of your comfort zone, and believe in yourself! I enjoy planning lessons with lots of hands-on activities. I find the best way to teach is to create several different activities to appeal to various learning styles such as: Presentations, quizzes and debates Role-playing exercises and using videos and music Fill-in-the-blank and writing exercises Concept check questions (CCQs) testing knowledge about a given topic Instruction check questions (ICQs) testing understanding of instructions I love working with both, children and adults and have experience in teaching people in challenging environments from various ages. I have taught Science, Maths, English and French on one to one and group bases. I believe that every student has the potential to excel in their chosen field. It gives me great satisfaction to devote time to overcome students’ challenges and to design the approach personally to properly engage with everyone and help them achieve their goals. I finished school in Poland (primary, secondary and college schools). My secondary and college schools were bilingual - Polish &French. That means all the subjects were taught in both languages. I did level 2 Maths and English Literature Functional Skills when I came to the UK. Then I achieved overall distinction after completing level 3 Forensic Science Access to Higher Education course. Subsequently, I graduated university with Biological Sciences being awarded 2:1 Upper division grade. Recently I passed online tutor course which amongst others taught me: class management and children safeguarding. Finally, I completed a 120 hours TEFL course.

I am an engineering university student with a diverse educational background from different countries. Owing to my diverse experience, I am able to teach using varied curricula, adopt different systems, and incorporate appropriate approaches to meet the needs of the students. I am still a student, so I have first-hand experience with what students require from a student's perspective. Although I have around 3 years of experience working as a part-time tutor, both online and physical,  I have been tutoring as a volunteer for about 8 years now.  I have worked with students from different parts of the world of all levels and ages. Aside from teaching as a career, I am passionate about it because I aspire that "learning should be fun." I teach because I love it, because I enjoy it, and because I want to help the student improve in the most amusing way possible. As the saying goes "if you do what you love, you will do it with passion," and I am here to help the students realize that they love learning. I began my lower-level studies in Tanzania (my home country), where I picked up the British educational system. I later received a scholarship to study abroad as an exchange student, moved to the US to complete part of my high school there, and then returned to Tanzania to finish my A-levels. At this point, starting with the modest volunteer programs I was taking part in in Tanzania, this is when I first learned about teaching. I was awarded another scholarship to Turkey to start my bachelor's in engineering. And this is when I started teaching as a part-time profession, taking it to the next level. I currently live in Lithuania as an Erasmus student and am constantly exploring new adventures and experiences as a teacher through different youth programs and volunteer camps. Likewise, I can't wait to embark on a new journey with you.

My name is Abdurrehman and I am a Business student at the University of Salford. My friends describe me as hardworking, dedicated and focussed. Business and Economics has a huge importance in my life, not only because of its link to my career, but because of an interest I have in me. Having attained AAB in my A Levels and 8s and 7s in GCSEs, I have developed from an outstanding student to an incredible tutor. In high school my Maths teachers always applauded my excellent problem solving and maths skills as I acheived an 8 in GCSE, and I am looking forward to sharing these tips with students of my own. I enjoy teaching science because, apart from being great at it in my GCSEs, i like how vast the subjects are and how ever evolving they are. From my own journey, there has been many instances where I have taught myself content because the way the teacher taught me I just didn't understand. This made me an independent learner and encouraged me to reach my highest potential - not to mention all the amazing tips and tricks I discovered and am excited to pass on to my students too. I have a vast experience of teaching, from volunteering experiences to jobs in different settings with tutoring - which helped me fine tune my teaching skills and made me really adaptable to different teaching styles. As a young tutor, the age gap between me and my students will be relatively small and will allow me to understand them much better, as well as make the lessons more fun and engaging as I know how to meet their needs. Hi there! I'm an enthusiastic and dedicated tutor specialising in Mathematics and Physics across various educational levels including GCSE, A-Level, Nat5, and Higher. I also offer tutoring in maths and physics outside these specific curricula, tailored to individual learning needs and goals. My academic journey is fueled by a deep passion for both maths and physics, which drives me to continually expand my knowledge in these subjects. I spend a significant portion of my time studying and exploring new concepts and ideas, as well as engaging with programming languages such as Python, LaTeX, and Maxima, which complement and enhance my teaching capabilities. In addition to my academic pursuits, I am actively working towards achieving Grade 7 in Piano (ABRSM). I also attended the prestigious Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, an experience that instilled in me a strong sense of leadership, resilience, and teamwork. I strive to bring clarity and enthusiasm to my tutoring sessions, aiming to inspire a love for learning and a deep understanding of the material. Whether you are looking to excel in your exams or simply wish to enhance your knowledge in maths and physics, I am here to support you every step of the way. I attended secondary school in northern England and I studied Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Physics at A-Level. I then went to the University of Edinburgh to study a BSc in Mathematics. I now study an integrated masters in Physics with the aspiration to study a PhD in Mathematical Physics in a couple of years.

Terrence makes learning about Economics so much fun. He frequently related Economics with my other subjects (sociology and politics) which helped me to have a deeper understanding of all 3 of my subjects outside the syllabus. I also thoroughly enjoyed our deep philosophical chats at the end of our sessions about the state of the world from a Political, Economical, Sociological and even Religious lens! Terrence also gave me lots of tips about degree choices at uni and some insight into Economic History at LSE :)

We were able to hand pick the most ideal tutor for my GCSE daughter. We chose almost all subjects to help have help in and were able to swap if the tutor wasn’t a match or available on dates that suit. Our child has improved 2 grades minimum in each subject. Great communication and easy to schedule lessons 7 days a week
