With every session, I aim to keep topics relatable and enjoyable for my students and also to make them understand why this particular topic is relevant to them. As I believe, this understanding is half of the learning journey that they need to make. Currently, I am pursuing my aspiration of a career in medical research. I am studying Pharmacology at the University of Reading which has enforced the importance of always striving to learn; so I encourage my students to embrace learning. Studying the medical field has highlighted the importance of teaching and learning: in particular explaining concepts in a manner that will enable a deeper understanding. As an individual who enjoys a problem solving challenge, of which I have demonstrated during my many voluntary pursuits, including at a school and at a hospital, I have communicated with a wide range of individuals. So, in establishing a student's needs, I understand the issues they are facing and find solutions to their problems. Guiding a student through revision is no easy task as no student learns in the same format. Presenting the student with ideas and having them put these into practice is what I aim for to prepare them for exams. Education: Currently studying my second year of undergraduate Pharmacology at the University of Reading. Completed and taken part in an employment and development award alongside my degree. I am a cheerful person with a bubbly personality and I work well with children as well as teenagers. Back in Poland, I had been pursuing two educational paths for 8 years of my life - mainstream education and music school where I studied piano performance. I went to a French-speaking middle school (Years 8-10) where I started learning French. I had classes held partially in French (Biology, Chemistry, History, Maths) and after my third year there (Year 10) I passed the DELF B2 exam (French as a Foreign Language issued by the French Ministry of Education). After coming to England, I tried to make the most of my scholarship at a private school and try things that I have never thought of doing. For my A levels I did Mathematics, French, Music, and Classical Civilisations (A*, A*, A*, A). In my free time, I would attend Ancient Greek and coding classes. I have also received distinctions in ABRSM music exams: Theory Grade 5 and Piano Grade 8. Now I study music composition at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester.

I have the eager to learn anything as my belief is that the world has unlimited knowledge and as long as one is still alive, one should never stop learning and growing. I enjoy doing different kind of sports, mainly badminton. I also enjoy playing musical instrument, mainly the piano. I'm a polyglot and am currently learning my sixth language.

I am an optimistic, energetic and happy young man who likes new challenges. I am very social and I like to make others feel comfortable. I am a musician as well as a sports person. I’ve been playing the drums since the age of 7 and the piano for about 3 years. I play every Sunday at my church and can also teach these instruments. I used to run for a local sports club and compete for them on a county level. This helped me a lot with team work and also leadership.
