I have always been active and I really enjoy dance and other sports, I currently go to the gym a lot and do weightlifting. I also do art in my spare time as it is a fun escape from the hustle and bustle of the everyday! I enjoy going for walks in nature and listening to bird song, I am currently in a big city for uni so I do enjoy the little moments of peace the most. I’m currently a first year BSc Geography student at university, this subject has always been one of my interests, as I studied it at GSCE and A-Level also. My A-level subjects were: English Combined, Geography and Spanish. I really enjoyed English and miss studying it at uni, therefore, tutoring in this subject will be perfect for me, as I can stay up to date with the subject. I’m Daisy, and I’m currently studying English Literature at the University of Leeds! I have a passion for both literature and history, and I achieved highly in both of these subjects in my A-levels. Essay subjects are hugely difficult, and can often seem overwhelming, however I will help students to break down questions, structure them clearly, substantiate their knowledge, and most of all make learning fun. I'm a full time final year forensic psychology student at the University of Portsmouth, with tutoring as a part-time job I achieved a grade 7 in English Language, 8 in English Literature, and 5 in higher Maths. I also achieved grade 7 across all sciences. My hobbies are reading, being creative, and learning new skills. I started tutoring because I want to help other children progress in their learning and reach their full potential while being the helpful face I wish I had at their age!
