Hi!! I'm a second-year PhD student at King's College London. My current research concerns the interaction between a surgeon and a robot during robotic-assisted surgery and the security behind it. So far, I've been looking into this area from different perspectives: implications of trust, user trust; disruptions to the process; effects of these interruptions; teamwork and collaboration in RAS and how this influences the patient outcome, anticipation from team members; human emotions. I love teaching, I have been a teaching assistant at the university for 3 years now. I ran small and large group tutorials. This has been a great opportunity for me to strengthen my understanding of the modules I taught, as I also marked students' assignments. Time management and attention to detail were two vital skills I developed through this role. I’ve had many years of experience volunteering with schools helping students excel in subjects that they find difficult. I’ve always had a passion for science leading me to have a career in microbiology so I know tutoring biology would be a strong suit.
