Lower Level: Maths GCSE: Maths A-Level: (Maths, Currently brushing up on the syllabuses) Exam Board Experience: AQA, Edexel, 11+, Common entrance Languages: English Preferred Student age group: Any I am an Electronic Engineering Graduate from the University Of York, I used to struggle with maths but turned myself around to get 91% in my University Mathematics exam and enjoyed helping others to do the same (hence why I'm now on this site!). Maths can sometimes seem really complicated, but it all makes sense I promise! Understanding it just requires the right approach for yourself and self confidence. My hobbies include making music, extreme sports and coding for visual arts. Im also learning German at the moment. I hold a masters in Sound Design and Audiovisual Practice from the University of Glasgow. This allowed me to combine my interests and creatively employ skills in Maths and Electronics in various projects. This experience really showed me that even though some skills may seem so far removed from one another, being unrestricted in learning, leads to exciting possibilities that may only reveal themselves in time.

Hi there! Nice to meet you. I'm Ibrahim Mohammed, and I'm here to help you on your educational journey. As a student, I gained knowledge about different subjects and how to teach, and I intend to apply this to become a great tutor. During the first session, I would identify what areas the student is weaker in as well as the exam board and knowledge of the student. I will mainly use past paper and exam-style questions as I believe that this is the most effective way to revise for these subjects. My passion for helping others and my expert knowledge of specifications and curriculum, make me an ideal tutor. My schedule is flexible, and I can accommodate sessions on weekdays and weekends. Feel free to reach out to me to discuss your tutoring needs and schedule a session. Whether you need assistance with homework, improving your skills, or understanding topics, I am here to help you achieve your academic goals. I'm currently pursuing a career in computer science and doing a bachelor's at City, University of London. I have done my A-Levels at Newham Sixth Form College: Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I also went to Little Ilford School to do my GCSEs, and I received 9 GCSE grades.

Lower Level: Science and Maths GCSE: Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) and Maths A-Level: Chemistry, Biology and Psychology Exam Board Experience: AQA (GCSE Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics), A-level Psychology, A-level Biology), Eduqas (GCSE English), Edexcel (GCSE Maths & English), OCR B (Salters) (A level Chemistry), OCR Gateway (GCSE Combined Science) Languages: Fluent in English SEND Experience: I work very closely with autistic, ADHD, dyslexic and dyspraxic learners in my main teaching job. Preferred student age group: Any/GCSE About Me: Hi, I'm a 20 year old trainee science teacher at a High School in South Devon! Next year I am going to the University of Exeter to study sports science, after taking a few years out of education due to COVID. At GCSE level I got predomantly 8's and at A levels I got awarded ABB from the government (though if I took the exams I would have gotten higher). Outside of education I love anything to do with sports, whether that be playing them or just watching them. I am a avid gym goer and used to be a Great British athlete when I was 14-16! Now however, I just casually play sports for fun, with my favourite sports being rugby, swimming and waterpolo. Also in the Summer, I love to spend most of my time down the beach surfing!

Subjects I teach: --Lower level: 11+, Maths --GCSE: Maths, Sciences --A-Level: Maths (mostly experienced and comfortable with only AS Maths) **please inquire ahead for A level Maths students Exam board experience: --11+: CEM/GL --GCSE: Edexcel, AQA --A-Level: Edexcel I'm happy to teach other exam boards but please let me know clearly in advance so I can familiarise myself with the specification swiftly. I teach in English only. I also achieved AS level French so please inquire about tutoring for this. I prefer GCSE students and I am skilled at adapting our sessions for your goals and a full spectrum of grades. ---------------------------------------- PPE student at the University of Warwick with a keen interest in learning, education and personal organisation methods. I have over 3 years experience of teaching online and working with children and young people, creating interactive lessons and study plans with a range of subjects, ages and abilities. I achieved all A* grades in A level and GCSE and can help my students do the same through my research into effective study methods. My particular favourite is spaced repetition! I offered personalised advice for revision, especially for those approaching exams, developing revision habits and plans that are suited to you. These methods are well-tested throughout my own academic career as well as my diverse teaching experience; I developed effective systems and skills that helped me achieve top grades despite having undiagnosed ADHD! My interests include music and fitness so you may find I make catchy song phrases for our learning content so that we can remember them better. :))
