I am dual British and South African. I was born and raised in South Africa and came to the UK in 2014. I am a full time mum to two special needs children. I studied Marketing with combined distance/ face to face learning while working full time. Before children, I worked in various administrative and sales jobs, in Call Centre, Imports, Advertising and Financial Planning. For fun and exercise I enjoy gardening, swimming and Pilates. When I was younger, I enjoyed Horse Riding and competed in Show Jumping and Cross Country at Pony Club level. I love animals and have a menagerie of pets with a small dog, a cat, 7 hens and an aquarium. My eldest son and are keen Formula 1 fans. He supports Max Verstappen and I support Lewis Hamilton. Recently I signed up for Edexel GCSE Math and found that, actually, I enjoyed Math! My experience of Math at High School was not great – the teacher taught in a wrote-style and was so boring, I had the same teacher for all 5 years of High School, the classes were large. I hope to share my enjoyment of Math so that you, too, can enjoy Math.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education, am a licensed professional teacher, and hold a TEFL certification. I specialize in teaching math to students from kids to high school level. My goal is to make learning math clear, fun, and easy to understand! I graduated from Philippine Normal University with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education in 2018. I also earned a Professional Teaching License and a Suken 4th Kyu Certificate in 2019. My main area of expertise is in math education and course design. I focus on creating easy-to-understand lessons and educational materials that help students learn effectively and meet academic standards.

Hello! My name is Nikiya and I am a King's College London student studying Biochemistry. I am genuinely a huge science nerd and love to know how all the little systems in our body build to make such complex structures that build up to make us. I've always been big on people watching and it's just so interesting to think that we are all just an arrangement of atoms so capable of such fantastic things. A few random Things. My favourite book of all time is the Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo, I have read it 4 Times now I believe. My favourite shows are Avatar the Last air bender. I mainly would like to teach A-level Biology and or Chemistry (AQA) as I am very confident in these two subjects. EPQ ( extended project qualification)

I am Currently learning Spanish and Arabic and have recently taken up indoor climbing and in particular bouldering as a hobby. I enjoy reading and researching about not only topics associated with Chemical Engineering but on many different subjects, from geography to psychology, particularly through attending seminars and creating strong relationships with those from other disciplines. Recently travelled to Geneva to take a guided tour round CERN, observe the LHC and converse with many leading minds at the forefront of scientific discovery.
