Hello, My name is Ali and I am a graduate in BA Geography from the University of Exeter. I absolutely loved my studies and encourage any student to go on to study Geography, as it is so relevant and useful for many aspects of daily life, as well as being a strong subject through which to pursue further education. I also proof read and advise with study skills, such as referencing and academic writing for secondary school and university students. Hi, I am a Physics undergraduate at the University of Warwick, and love learning about how our universe works. I teach Maths and Physics from GCSE to A-Level standard and enjoy helping students improve and gain independence within these areas. Whether it's calculus or classical mechanics I'm sure there is always a route to understanding, regardless of how a student learns. Hi! I'm Catherine and I am currently a second year chemistry student at Loughborough University. I took GCSE triple science where I achieved a 9 in chemistry, 8 in physics and 7 in biology. I then took A Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, where I achieved an A in Chemistry. I also achieved a first (75.3%) overall in my first year of university. In my free time, I play the piano, bake and compete in dance competitions! I am passionate about making a difference and helping students realise their potential. I am a dynamic and compassionate tutor, with the ability to adapt lessons to specifically meet each students unique needs. I aim to create a friendly environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and develop their progress in their school subjects.

I’ve had many years of experience volunteering with schools helping students excel in subjects that they find difficult. I’ve always had a passion for science leading me to have a career in microbiology so I know tutoring biology would be a strong suit. Hopefully, I can encourage more students, especially young women to pursue a future in STEM. I loved maths back in school and I do find myself still doing random mathematical questions as I love the subject. I was my favourite back in school. My teacher made English enjoyable and allowed me to have creative responsibilities, making me want to pass that on to the next generation. Apart from my educational background, I enjoy art, allowing me to be more creative and express myself in a different light. But apart from my academics, Im very creative and enjoy doing lots of artistic hobbies such as painting and drawing. My most remarkable talent is drawing landscapes. I also am a big movie buff so hopefully, I can if I have that in common with a student I use that to tailor lessons for them.
