Hi! I am a recent Law and Politics graduate from Queen Mary University of London. I grew up in Pakistan but then moved to London for my studies. I am passionate about any subject that allows critical thinking. I enjoyed public speaking while at school and university as it allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge and be analytical. I am also an avid reader, anything from true-crime novels, historical fiction to drama and poetry. I love dogs and have the cutest cocker spaniel named Chloe. I believe in a truly be-spoke approach to tutoring, no two students are the same. I wish to develop long-lasting relationships with my students and help them achieve their goals.

I am a very approachable, kind, patient and encouraging tutor! My style of teaching is welcoming, relaxed and friendly. I have completed an Understanding Dyslexia Diploma and a SEND Diploma each at Level 3/150 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours. I specialise in tutoring English as a first language (UK curriculum) and a second language (ESL) and have taught students of all ages and abilities (children and adults) all around the world. I have around 3,000 hours of online tutoring experience online, (mostly) teaching one-to-one but I also tutor in small groups. I adapt my lessons to the needs and abilities of the individual child or adult. No two students learn the same way! I may use flashcards, videos, puppets, songs and learning games, trying to make my lessons interesting and fun as I believe that students learn best when they are engaged and enjoying the lesson. I love doing all sorts of crafts, for example crocheting, painting rocks and making sock toys. Hi, I'm Elsie! I am a third year medical student at UCL, currently intercalating to complete a BSc in Maths and Computing. I took Chemistry, Biology, Maths and Further Maths at A Level, achieving A*A*A*A respectively. I have 3 years experience with tutoring students both in person and online, with students ranging from 11-18 years old. I really enjoy teaching people and seeing students reach their goals.
