I have just completed my MSc in Big Data and Financial Analysis, having received a distinction. Before this I studied Human Geography at Swansea University, and became the treasurer for the society! I chose both these courses as I like to know why the world functions as it does, and what better way to understand this than the political, economic and social geographies; as well as the business/finance world! In my spare time I enjoy running, football and rugby; I also love to ski! I have always had a passion teaching since I was young when I used to help out at my old 11+ tuition! When I'm not attending university I love to read and relax with my friends and family. I am currently studying dentistry and am in my 3rd year of university. For my secondary school I attended a selective grammar school where I took my GCSEs. I was able to earn 11 GCSEs with grades ranging from A*- B in all subjects. I then went on to sixth form where I took English Lang/Lit, Chemistry, Biology and Maths for A Level. I managed to achieve grades A*-B in these subjects too.

I am currently studying Medicine at the University of Plymouth. From a young age I have always enjoyed helping others as it brings happiness and joy to me. This is also the main reason why I wanted to become a tutor. In my spare time, I enjoy playing sports, particularly football and cricket. I have 2 younger brothers, so I am always entertained. I love talking and spending time with them. For secondary school, I attended the Oxford Spires Academy where I completed my GCSEs. For 6th form, I was accepted by The Cherwell School, where I completed my A-levels. At GCSE level science I achieved a grade 8/8 and at A-levels I achieved grades A in both Biology and Chemistry. In my first year of UCAS application, I did not receive any offers to study Medicine at University. However, towards the end of summer I came across an opportunity to study medicine through an alternative route. The University of Plymouth were offering a one-year transfer from Biomed to Medicine providing one achieved 3 As at A-levels, maintained a 70% pass rate across all modules in 1st year and passed the interview for Medicine. In the previous year only 2/23 applicants were successful in this route. Although this was intense, I was able to successfully transfer from Biomed to Medicine after the 1st year. This year I just completed my 1st year as a Medical student at the University of Plymouth
