I am currently studying a Masters in Investment Banking at Queen Mary University of London . The reason I chose to study this because it includes using a lot of technical and problem-solving methods, it also included Mathematics which was one of my favourite subjects at school. I would say Algebra is one of my strong areas and I completed the Level 3 Edexcel Algebra award in secondary school. When I teach I primarily use a lot of worksheets and exam-style questions which will help the student improve on the subject and feel better prepared for any upcoming exams. If a student is struggling to understand a concept , I use diagrams, videos and allow them to have more practise until they are comfortable with the topics. Hello! I'm currently a medical student in my 4th year of university. I've been tutoring students for a couple of years now and it's something I really enjoy! I've tutored secondary school students in Biology and Chemistry using a range of resources like PowerPoints, whiteboard activities and practice exam questions. Lessons are tailored to students to make them as interactive as possible and focussed on individual student targets, whether this be a focus on learning content, exam technique or revision tips. I'm also happy to answer any questions related to higher education following GCSEs, in particular for any aspiring medics! Currently a 4th year medical student. Exam Board Experience: I achieved 10 grade 9s/8s at GCSE, and have experience with AQA examinations for triple science, achieving grade 9s in all 3 sciences at GCSE. I have a grade 9 in higher tier Edexcel mathematics and A* in GCSE further mathematics. I continued Biology and Chemistry, as well as Psychology at A-Level, achieving 3 A*s.
