I'm studying Natural Product Drug Discovery and it is very multi-disciplined, it involves a lot of chemistry, biology and engineering. I completed my BSc in Chemistry in 2021 with 1st class honours! In my spare time, I like to stay fit by doing boxing, practising yoga and going to the gym! I also enjoy being creative by painting and drawing, as well as knitting and crochet. I am a well-rounded, cultured person and I take interest in many things, my current obsession is cooking and baking!

Hello! My name is Laura Cain and I am a student at Nottingham University. In my spare time, I enjoy playing classical piano and musical arts. I teach classical piano to students around my neighbourhood. I often indulge in winter sports, both playing and watching. I hope to make a difference in the world one day, one small step at a time. In History, I specify in teaching Communist states, the American Civil Rights Movement, the Vietnam War, Crime and Punishment. I attended Kenilworth School and transferred to Kenilworth Sixth form afterwards. I took English Literature, modern History and Sociology for A levels. I am currently in third year, studying BA Hons Classics and Archaeology at the University of Nottingham.

I have experience in teaching maths at all levels pre-university with great results over the past 4 years. After achieving a 9 at GCSE and an A* at A-level I am confident to help my students get to a similar level using proven teaching methods. I tutor because I find it very rewarding and enjoyable. I attended a state school in England and got 11 GCSEs and then 3 A levels. Including A* maths, A in Physics and an A in Economics. I then went to University and have completed my 5 year course in Robotics and Mechatronics, which has included a year of work experience. I am on track to get a 1st.
