My name is Carys and I am an Economics student at the University of Nottingham. I teach Economics at A-level and GCSE, as well as GCSE Maths. I love Economics and I am passionate about helping young people achieve in Maths as it provides important fundamentals for life and further study. I am a 2nd year Economics student at the University of Nottingham. This year, I am taking macroeconomics, microeconomics and applied econometrics (maths and stats) modules. Before university, I studied Economics, Maths and Geography with an Extended Project at A-level. I studied Edexcel A Economics, Edexcel Geography and AQA Maths. In secondary school, I took 9 GCSE's including the core subjects as well as Geography, French, Art and Textiles.

My name's Isabelle and I'm here to help learning fun and rewarding! I love learning and would love to share that passion with my students, whether it's for English, French or German, my three specialities. I have previously taught English in the classroom as a foreign language, an experience which I bring to my tutoring sessions, delivering engaging, fun and constructive classes. I am currently studying a Masters in Translation and Professional Language Skills at the University of Bath, having graduated in 2022 with a first class degree in French and German. At A-level, I studied English Literature, French and Psychology, receiving AAA* respectively. My studies have also given me a strong understanding of the two cultures, involving studies in the literature, linguistics, history, art and even cinema of France and Germany. I know how to craft a strong essay as this also formed a core part of my assessment, alongside language exams. I graduated with a First Class honours and Distinction in Spoken German. At college I studied English, French and Psychology, passing with excellent grades (A, A, A*) thanks to tireless hours of revision. I also completed an EPQ (Extended Project Qualification) in English Literature during this time, so I am happy to provide support in this area too. At GCSE level I achieved 7 A*s (including in English Literature, Language and French) and 3 As.

I’m Luci, a recent maths graduate from the University of Oxford. I’ve been tutoring all ages and abilities for over five years, ranging from helping secondary school students to adjust to their pre-GCSE workload, to A level, admissions tests and interview practice for 16 to 18 year olds. I tutor primary school, GCSE and A Level maths. I have experience with children hoping to increase their grade to a high pass, but have also worked on summer schools with students aiming to achieve top A level grades and study maths degrees at prestigious universities. After working as a teacher in Spain on a two month summer school, I really hope to work as a maths teacher abroad in the future! I’m an enthusiastic and approachable tutor with a passion for learning. I’m currently working towards a TESOL qualification, enabling me to teach all around the world. As part of this I completed an internship teaching over a 2 month programme in Spain. I’ve worked as an intern for 3 months with the University of Oxford, tutoring and helping students most negatively impacted by the pandemic with their university applications, and encouraging children of all backgrounds to progress to higher education.

Hi, my name is Nebeyu and I am a first year law student at the University of Warwick. I have a strong passion for humanities which led to to pursue law as a degree. In my free time, I enjoy long distance running and I also recently got back into roller skating which is a hobby I enjoy doing to pass time. I completed my GCSEs at Mulberry Academy Shoreditch, achieving a grade 9 in Maths and an 8 in English Language. I went on to complete my A Levels in English Literature, History and Psychology at Brampton Manor Academy, achieving A*AA. I also have an AS Level in Government and Politics in which I achieved a grade B. Currently, I am studying law at Warwick University
