Currently a cover supply at a school therefore I am up to date with new and current maths and GCSE all science . I have been tutoring maths and all sciences for 7 years. I have experience working with ages from 5-16 and also experienced working with SEN students. Throughout the pandemic, I have been tutoring online, therefore, having an understanding of how to keep students engaged . I also teach 11+ to students who would like to join grammar schools and independent schools and private schools.

Hi, I'm Mona! A little about me; I tutor Primary and GCSE-level students in English. Right now, I'm more focused on GCSE students. I have in-depth knowledge in English literature from Shakespearean plays like Macbeth to War and Conflict Poems, and more. I'm fluent in English, write a lot, and I absolutely love creative writing so that comes in handy when guiding students through revision for the English Language Paper. I'm also familiar with exam boards such as AQA, Edexcel, and Eduqas. What I love most about my tutoring sessions is that from the onset, my students and I try to make learning not feel like a chore. We strive to not only achieve the educational goals we set out but we make it so that the main objective is to learn and understand, not just pass a test. I'm open-minded and firmly believe there is no such thing as a person who can't be taught. Each student is different from the next and all anyone really needs is the right kind of guidance.

I've had a piece published in The Guardian and have had my poems selected for multiple readings. I've also worked part-time as a professional artist and a screen actor since I was 16. In my free time, I make and release my own music.

I am an English and Spanish teacher who encourages students to think critically and creatively. I believe that students learn and develop at different rates and in different ways. In this regard, I have a strong desire to transmit the knowledge I have acquired through my experiences to students. In my free time I love doing horse riding and ceramics.
