I'm currently in my second year of med school at Newcastle University, juggling my studies with a taste for adventure. Growing up bilingual (thanks to my English father and Italian mother), I've had the privilege of experiencing two vibrant cultures. Most of our family vacations revolve around my Italian heritage, which is something I truly cherish. When I'm not nose-deep in my medical textbooks, you can catch me kicking a football on the field or sweating it out at the gym. Staying active is a big deal for me. Plus, I'm all about exploring new avenues. This year, I decided to give bouldering a shot – it's quite hard at first but once you get the hang of it, it can be really good fun. I have always been active and I really enjoy dance and other sports, I currently go to the gym a lot and do weightlifting. I also do art in my spare time as it is a fun escape from the hustle and bustle of the everyday! I enjoy going for walks in nature and listening to bird song, I am currently in a big city for uni so I do enjoy the little moments of peace the most. I’m currently a first year BSc Geography student at university, this subject has always been one of my interests, as I studied it at GSCE and A-Level also. My A-level subjects were: English Combined, Geography and Spanish. I really enjoyed English and miss studying it at uni, therefore, tutoring in this subject will be perfect for me, as I can stay up to date with the subject. As I studied Spanish at A-Level, I now also have an understanding of the language and culture, my goal is to be fluent in Spanish and travel the spanish speaking world!

Hi, I am fourth year Civil Engineering undergraduate at the University of Liverpool. I studied Maths, Physics and Geography at A-Level and am passionate about teaching GCSE Maths and Physics. *I am currently taking on new male students for GCSE Maths, and GCSE + A-Level Physics for 1 lesson a week.* I have tutored a range of students throughout my two years at GoStudent ranging from Year 4 up to Year 13 in both Physics and Maths. My approach with most students is laid back with my understanding that a tutoring session must not feel the same as the school day. Most students are fed up of school at the end of the day, and continuing a similar environment after school in my experience does not lead to great engagement from students. For the students to learn they have to want to, and trying to make the tutoring session as laid back and enjoyable as possible I believe works really well. I studied A Level Physics, Maths and Geography and have gone on to study Civil Engineering at the University of Liverpool. The course mostly focusses on the practical application of mathematical and physical concepts which to me is much more interesting than learning the theory behind everything which can sometimes be a little boring.
