Hello! My name is Amar and I'm studying Physics at the University of Manchester. Teaching Maths and Physics is something I've enjoyed doing here and there during school, but I'd like to take it a step further and offer my insight and abilities to any students who could benefit from them. Having scored an A* in Maths and an A in Physics at A-Level, I am confident that I can effectively tutor these subjects. Outside of academia I'm an avid guitar player, a hobby of mine is writing music, comprising solo works and songs for my band. I'm a big football fan too, my favourite club is Liverpool FC. I am studying towards a BSc in Mathematics, helping my fellows in said subject throughout my prior studies. My hobbies have included PC hardware and the space around it, some years of Aikido and archery, (not forgetting to mention) a delight in reading novels (be they published or in-progress works). I have a CertHE from the University of Warwick towards an Engineering course, and completed my A2s in 2017 (Mathematics/Further Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry). I studied for the FSMQ (Freestanding Mathematics Qualification) alongside GCSEs in 2015, almost achieving 'A's across the board.
