Hello and Welcome. I have been teaching the English language for over ten years now, with a focus on strong vocabulary and pronunciation. I try to adapt my classes to the students' level and requirements. I can focus on reading and writing for example. I have taught hundreds of students from around the world and really enjoy learning about their different cultures. I can also teach Social Sciences, and Spanish. I have a degree in International Development and have also lived in Costa Rica for over 15 years and speak confidently in spanish. My main motivation as a teacher is for a student to reach their best potential in their chosen subject. I like my classroom to be structured around strong vocabulary and also to have fun, so that students can feel comfortable learning new materials. I look forward to seeing you in class.

I am ideally looking for GCSE/National 5 level pupils at the moment. I am a 5th-year medical student at University College London (UCL). In 2022, I gained a first-class honours degree in Immunology, Infection and Cell Pathology at UCL. I was additionally awarded the David Katz Project Presentation Prize for my Neuroscience research project at the Francis Crick Institute. I have attended seven schools in four countries (Munich, Berkley, Los Angeles, Tokyo, St Andrews), which gave me a wealth of experience with different educational systems. Prior to starting university, I worked for two years as a laboratory intern in one of the world-leading virology laboratories at the University of St Andrews, focussing on novel vaccines and antiviral treatments. I am bilingual (English and Russian), and also fluent in Japanese. I am a qualified Japanese-English translator and have worked as an online translator for many years. In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis and had been a first-team captain of both the UCL medical women's team and the London inter-university teams. I am 21 years old, currently in my final year at the university of leeds studying neuroscience. In my spare time i enjoy yoga and hope to complete a yoga teacher training course after i finish my degree. I also enjoy running, cooking and sea swimming.
