My name is Lily and I'm a MSci Pharmacology student at the University of Strathclyde in sunny Glasgow. I love reading, music and travel, and I've been tutoring English since my Higher exams. My goal as a tutor is to help my students reach their full potential in the subject by providing a unique approach to different areas they may struggle with. I cater my teaching to fit each student's ability and personality, and I offer a friendly, non-judgemental space to learn and grow. I have been tutoring for 10 years, teaching children both in-person at their homes and online! I always adapt my teaching methods to the student, focusing on their goals and the topics that they struggle most with. Due to my patience and open mind, I have had many successful students getting the grades they want for their exams. Alongside tutoring, I’m a full time Cheerleading and gymnastics coach. I work with children from the ages of 3-18+ in both schools and within my programme I attend Farringtons school for both primary and secondary school, in which I completed my GCSE/IGCSEs there, obtaining 7-9 in Maths, English, and Science.
