I am Gabi and I have lived in England for 8 years. I have loved science since I was a little girl, I even ended up coming to the United Kingdom to fulfil my dreams by graduating from Biological Sciences at university. I am fluent in verbal and written Polish, English and French. I want to inspire my students to become as powerful as I did when I learnt English independently within 2 years so I could study at English university! You really can achieve whatever you wish for if you work hard, step out of your comfort zone, and believe in yourself! I enjoy planning lessons with lots of hands-on activities. I find the best way to teach is to create several different activities to appeal to various learning styles such as: Presentations, quizzes and debates Role-playing exercises and using videos and music Fill-in-the-blank and writing exercises Concept check questions (CCQs) testing knowledge about a given topic Instruction check questions (ICQs) testing understanding of instructions I love working with both, children and adults and have experience in teaching people in challenging environments from various ages. I have taught Science, Maths, English and French on one to one and group bases. I believe that every student has the potential to excel in their chosen field. It gives me great satisfaction to devote time to overcome students’ challenges and to design the approach personally to properly engage with everyone and help them achieve their goals. I finished school in Poland (primary, secondary and college schools). My secondary and college schools were bilingual - Polish &French. That means all the subjects were taught in both languages. I did level 2 Maths and English Literature Functional Skills when I came to the UK. Then I achieved overall distinction after completing level 3 Forensic Science Access to Higher Education course. Subsequently, I graduated university with Biological Sciences being awarded 2:1 Upper division grade. Recently I passed online tutor course which amongst others taught me: class management and children safeguarding. Finally, I completed a 120 hours TEFL course.

I am 19 and I am studying Law and Sociology at the University of Warwick. I have a passion for English and Sociology and I feel as if I can break down the curriculum into an absorbable form of information. I understand the challenges that come from a rigid curriculum, hence why I take a different form of teaching in order to maximise learning.

I have a passion for all things books and reading! Also love music, movies, tv shows (especially sitcoms!).

I have finished my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Exeter University. In my spare time I like to help younger pupils with their studies, spend my time at a gym class or go for a nice walk. I also love to read, especially horror books or play on my Nintendo switch. My favourite part of Mathematics is pure, such as Algebra, but I have also taken a Coding module and a Physics module at University. I did Maths, Further Maths and Physics at A-level, achieving an A* in maths at A-level and a 9 at GCSE. I have just finished my degree in Mathematics at the University of Exeter with a first class mark. I have over 300 hours of experience with tutoring maths to a range of ages from 4-21 both online and in person.
