As a tutor, I am able to customise my lessons to best support the needs of my students. I also taught in secondary schools as both cover teacher and teaching assistant, which allowed me to comprehend and adhere to lesson plans in order to support the classroom teacher and individual special needs students with day-to-day instruction and learning. Hi, I am Sivapriya, 24 years old, working on this platform since 2021. My journey as an engineering student has been full of exciting opportunities to apply maths and science to real-life projects. This fuels my enthusiasm when I teach, and I love sharing examples from my own work. Recently, I worked with TotalEnergies in France, exploring the valorization of desalination concentrate. One of my favorite projects was producing biodiesel from eggshells, which I showcase when discussing energy in physics. I also had a blast running STEM workshops in Dubai for kids. I'm an active member of AIChE and love participating in physics competitions. I won first prize in "Girls Got It" by building a mini robot with my team and creating a simple pendulum model. I'm passionate about science and STEM, and I strive to show my students how thrilling these subjects can be!

I am a university student studying material science and engineering with a passion for creating change in society with whatever I do whether little or small. I've been tutoring and peer mentoring for the last few years now however I am eager to learn new skills and take a different approach so I am beginning to venture within the world of online tutoring.
