Hello, I'm Anum. I am currently a BSc Psychology student at Birmingham City University, and I have had 2 years of experience working in the field of education. During this time, I've had the privilege of working with students of various age groups and skill levels, from primary to secondary school. I truly believe that every student has the potential to excel when provided with the right guidance and support. My teaching philosophy centres on creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing academically and personally. I'm here to assist you in achieving your academic goals, whether it's improving your understanding of a challenging subject, preparing for exams, or honing your study skills. Currently, I am a student at Birmingham City University, in my second year of studying Psychology at an undergraduate level. Hi! My name is Ruqayyah and I have a Psychology BSc degree from the University of Birmingham. I love to bake, read, listen to podcasts, and watch football in my free time. I provide lessons in Psychology, English, Biology and other subjects. I have experience tutoring Primary, Secondary and Sixthform students. Hi everyone! I am Rifah, a current first year medical student. I have already gained a bachelor's and a master's degree in the field of science, so it is safe to assume that I enjoy learning all things scientific! I also enjoy teaching science (and maths) which is why I have been tutoring both subjects for the past 6 years. I have experience tutoring one-to-one but also in a small class setting, where an actual classroom teaching is mimicked. However, during my one-to-one lessons I like to focus on my individual's student's needs and weakness, tailoring my help to what is the most beneficial for them. This is why I always ask for feedback from my students, and incorporate their ideas in my lesson to make it more engaging and fun.
