I am an English Intervention Tutor in a UK secondary school, with a BA in English with Creative Writing. I have a National Tutoring Programme certificate and I am also TEFL qualified. I have over two years’ experience of tutoring and over two years’ experiences as a TEFL teacher. I know that the road to higher education is not easy. In fact, GCSE and A-level years were really tough for me. I know things can be overwhelming at this level and I aim to do everything I can to help students along the way. With lots of hard work, I managed to achieve A*s in both A Level and GCSE English. I also achieved best in my year in my undergraduate degree. I would love to use the skills I have learnt to help students achieve the grades they want. I will personalise the lesson to you and your particular exam specification. I will do my own homework for each lesson, making sure I am familiar with mark schemes and set texts. For TEFL students, I take a personal approach, assessing your most important goals and tailoring lessons to these goals. I try to incorporate elements of reading, writing and speaking into each lesson. In my spare time I enjoy reading, writing, learning Spanish and watching football. I promise to be a reliable, hard-working and personal tutor.

I achieved a 2:1 in LLB Law at Coventry Univeristy in 2020 and went on to complete my Masters in Law and LPC at BPP Law School in 2022, achieving a Merit. Studied at Oundle School from the age of 13 through to the end of A-levels, indulging in sports and the arts. I've used tutors throughout my time at school, to gain a deeper understanding of the subjects in which I was passionate. This gives me a strong basis to tutor and I know the varying current curriculums very well.
