I'm an experienced GCSE & A-level Biology Tutor with a very strong scientific background. I have a 1st Class BSc in Medical Physiology and am currently studying graduate entry medicine. My aim is to help students develop a thorough understanding of scientific concepts. I teach students holistically, in a way best suited to their individual learning style & needs. I am a 1st year Astrophysics student at UCL, living in London. Some of my main interests are the stars, coding, and encryption. I graduated from Exeter Maths School for my A levels, which taught me a lot about not only the subjects, but also about a load of other topics like fluid dynamics, data science, and relativity

I am currently a BSc Business Computing graduate from Brunel University. I have been studying math throughout my education which means I am able to teach first-hand how fun and interesting math can be for the younger generation. My main hobbies are football and cycling. I chose to teach math as it gives me the opportunity to work in a position that has a positive impact on young people, who will be the future change makers in our society. I used to teach my juniors in university and have continued to do that after I have graduated. I love biology, especially genetics; an interest which I have pursued by completing an MSc in Molecular Medicine in Sudan. During my Molecular Medicine degree, I developed an interest in cancer, so I applied for- and got accepted into an MSc in Cancer Sciences at the University of Glasgow. This turned out to be one of the first decisions I have ever made, as it gave me a solid foundation upon which I am currently building my academic career. I have won a few awards so far, one of which is ‘Best Research Paper’ award, which was in recognition of my outstanding achievement and command of research by the end of my MSc in Molecular Medicine. I have been awarded a few grants and scholarships and have met former president Barak Obama as part of the programme I had on one of the leadership courses I undertook in the US. Currently, I research the use of artificial intelligence in diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of colorectal cancer which will greatly impact the quality of care that patients receive. My hobbies are archery and programming using Python, in addition to graphic design, web design and web development.
