I am a second year medical student at King's College London. I received 4 UK medical offers and have a UCAT score in the 95th percentile with a score of full marks (900) in quantitative reasoning. For my A levels I studied biology, maths, chemistry and undertook an EPQ on 3D bio printing and its role in degenerative medicine. In my free time I enjoy playing tennis and going to the gym. I am fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi. I currently teach biology to students of varying ages whether that be GCSEs or A levels as well as maths to lower years. I have been a tutor with GoStudent for 6 months and haven taught over 100 lessons. Currently a 2nd Year Medical Student at King's College London GCSEs = All 9's. Teaching is a passion that allows me to combine my love for learning with my desire to help others succeed. There's something deeply rewarding about watching a student grasp a new concept or gain confidence in their abilities. For me, teaching isn't just about delivering information; it’s about creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel inspired to explore, ask questions, and challenge themselves. One of the most fulfilling aspects of teaching is the opportunity to make a lasting impact on someone's life. Whether it's helping a student overcome a struggle, guiding them through their learning journey, or simply encouraging them to believe in their potential, those moments are what drive my passion. I believe that every student is unique, and it’s important to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, whether through creative approaches, hands-on activities, or one-on-one support. Building meaningful relationships with students, understanding their strengths and challenges, and providing personalized guidance is at the heart of what I do. Ultimately, teaching is about fostering growth, inspiring curiosity, and empowering students to reach their full potential, and that’s what makes it such a fulfilling and lifelong passion for me. I completed my General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) in the United Kingdom, where I laid the foundation for my academic journey. Subsequently, I pursued my A-levels, advancing my knowledge in specific subjects and preparing for higher education. Currently, I am enrolled in university, where I am actively engaged in furthering my education. This stage of my academic journey has provided me with opportunities to delve deeper into my chosen field of study, contributing to my overall growth and development. I am dedicated to achieving academic excellence and acquiring valuable skills that will shape my future endeavors.

I’m Luci, a recent maths graduate from the University of Oxford. I’ve been tutoring all ages and abilities for over five years, ranging from helping secondary school students to adjust to their pre-GCSE workload, to A level, admissions tests and interview practice for 16 to 18 year olds. I tutor primary school, GCSE and A Level maths. I have experience with children hoping to increase their grade to a high pass, but have also worked on summer schools with students aiming to achieve top A level grades and study maths degrees at prestigious universities. After working as a teacher in Spain on a two month summer school, I really hope to work as a maths teacher abroad in the future! I’m an enthusiastic and approachable tutor with a passion for learning. Please note that I am currently only taking on A-level mathematics students I’m currently working towards a TESOL qualification, enabling me to teach all around the world. As part of this I completed an internship teaching over a 2 month programme in Spain. I’ve worked as an intern for 3 months with the University of Oxford, tutoring and helping students most negatively impacted by the pandemic with their university applications, and encouraging children of all backgrounds to progress to higher education.

As a passionate and dedicated tutor, I'm excited to help students succeed in Mathematics, Computer Science, and 11+ preparation. While I'm new to tutoring, my fresh perspective and enthusiasm for teaching are matched by a strong understanding of the subjects I teach. Went to Nower Hill High School and completed 11 GCSEs with grades 9 in Maths, Physics and Computer Science and grades 8 in Further Maths, Chemistry and Business Studies. Just completed A level in Maths Physics and Computer Science at Nower Hill in 2024.
