GCSE: Maths Exam Board Experience: AQA, Edexcel Preferred student age group: GCSE About me: Hi, I'm Archie! I'm currently studying Economics at the University of Bath. In my free time I love to watch as well as play rugby and football. My passion for sport has grown due to my participation with the organisation Sports Leaders, in which I've gained valuable experience working with GCSE students. Maths is a strongpoint of mine and heavily focussed on in my degree; I achieved a grade 9 in my Maths GCSE in 2019, so I understand recent changes to the curriculum.

I have a degree in Physics . My lessons are well structured with examples and I avoid memorization by guiding students with conceptual understanding. I strengthen students' basic understanding of the subject and then challenge them with critical thinking questions. I am punctual and never cancelled lessons

I'm currently a first year undergraduate studying Computer Science and Maths at university. I really enjoyed Maths throughout secondary school and sixth form and hope to use this passion to aid students who are currently in the same position I was in. I am offering tutoring in GCSE Maths. Overall I have always been a high performing student. I achieved 9999999888 at GCSE (including 9’s in Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics) and A* A* A at A-level in Maths, Further Maths and Physics respectively. I have also had plenty of experience tutoring Maths at GCSE level and so it is a subject I am very comfortable with teaching

I am a recent graduate of mechanical engineering from Lancaster University. I am passionate about learning in all its forms and I firmly believe that any sudent can do great at any subject, it all just depends on how good the teacher is at making the material acessible and fun.
