Hello! I am an English Literature with Creative Writing university student and I am passionate about Literature, History and other creative subjects. I am also passionate about guiding students academically. My favourite literature genre includes classical works and compiled essays!

I believe in the importance of not only studying a subject but enjoying it too, and I feel that through my various methods of explanation, I would be able to engage the students positively. Every student deserves access to reach their full potential and I strive to do this in the best way for them. I understand that there is not an umbrella method of teaching and therefore I am happy to accommodate each student's way of learning. I know the importance of English not only in a school setting but in life in general and I want to equip the students with the best knowledge of English, that they can apply to all forms of life. I also thoroughly enjoy teaching KS2 and KS3 maths as I am very comfortable with the content. I know the various methods to make maths easier for someone who did not grasp maths as easily as I did English. History has always been my favourite subject both at GCSE and A level and I would love to share my passion and knowledge of the subject. I studied 10 GCSEs in a range of subjects and English and Humanities have always been my strength. Hence I have a passion for transferring my knowledge to other students. At A Level I studied Government and Politics, RS and History which were all essay-based subjects. Through studying these subjects I understand the importance of being to write eloquently and thoroughly which is a life skill, regardless of the career you decide to pursue. I have completed a LLB Law, with a First Class and I am currently studying the Bar Practice Course.

My hobbies include art and singing. Before joining GoStudent I tutored GCSE students maths, where I found a passion for helping those who need some extra motivation. I received an 8 in GCSE Mathematics and an A in A-Level Mathematics. As someone who used to struggle with the subject I am eager to help others. Other unrelated qualifications and achievements: Level 3 Grade 8 in Musical theatre singing, artwork exhibited in the Royal Academy, volunteering in a local adult special needs facility, years of experience with kids through babysitting, organising group projects and A-Level results of Art (A), Economics (A) and Mathematics (A).

I started teaching Asian students back in 2014 and immediately fell in love with teaching and the ability to bestow the next generation with the necessary tools to understand the "true language of love", English! I love spending time with my 2-year-old daughter and trying to teach her how to play PlayStation 5. I love spending time with my family, watching movies, and trying to get my wife to watch Marvel movies (This is an ongoing battle). I am currently studying towards my degree in education and loving it! I have 4 years of online teaching experience (teaching Chinese, Japanese, and most recently, Vietnamese students) I am currently studying towards my degree in education. I have a CELTO certificate that certifies me to teach English as a foreign language.
