I believe that knowing a second (or a third language) can open many doors in this world. As long as we give others a bit of what the world has given us, we can make a better and brighter future. I've had the opportunity to live in different places throughout my life. I lived in Dallas Texas for 2 years when I was in primary school. Later, after finishing high school I took a gap year and lived in Lyon, France for almost a year. During this time, I did a little bit of traveling in Europe. After I got accepted to medical school, I fully dedicated my time to it. However, I tried to do some volunteering in my spare time or over vacations. I got the opportunity to spend a summer in Cambodia and France doing medical volunteering. During my internship, I spend 3 months in Barcelona at the Neurosurgical department at Sant Pau Hospital. I like to travel and explore the world, I’m very fond of the outdoors and love to exercise and keep myself in good shape.

I studied in Dublin City University and I have an honours degree in Irish and History. I work part time in a playschool and tutor Irish in my spare time. My hobbies include going to the gym, going to the beach, swimming and any activity that is outdoors!

I have a massive passion for teaching and I love to help students excel in all subjects. Even though English isn’t a large part of my degree , it is a subject I hold close to my heart and would love to impart my knowledge and techniques to other students to help them achieve those top grades. I also love science and believe I can help students excel academically in biology and chemistry.My main hobbies include reading , baking and I love to baby sit family members when I have the time !
