About me

I like creating characters with backstories, and worlds for those characters to reside and interact in. I also create card games that sometimes includes some of those characters that I've made. I'm also an avid gamer and I have ambitions to create games in the future to entertain people as my lifelong goal. I can teach both Maths and Physics at GCSE level and I have experience with Edexcel, AQA and OCR to name a few exam boards. My mother tongue is English and I've tried to learn Spanish and German in the past, and I only know a little bit. I don't have any experience dealing with or teaching children with disabilities and I would prefer to teach children who are at GCSE level.

I am very enthusiastic, creative, patient and resourceful, which definitely has a HUGE plus when it comes to teaching, motivation, confidence-building, and high academic achievement for my students. I bring a dynamic and personalized approach to every lesson. I curate our lessons, according to your needs and at your pace. Apart from being part of the Go Student team, I teach one-on-one ESL/EFL English classes (grammar, conversational, business, presentational, interview/exam prep, language, etc.) to foreign students, from beginner to advanced levels, from age 5 and up. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to expand my knowledge while helping others do the same. I firmly believe that the best teaching comes from experience, patience, and a true passion for learning! ✨What Makes My Lessons Different? I don’t teach the old-school way. My teaching style is engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student, making learning fun yet highly effective. I create lessons that feel natural, engaging, and tailored to your needs. Learning with me is fun yet valuable, structured yet flexible, ensuring that you absorb information in a way that makes sense to you. ✨Is This for You? ✔️ Do lessons bore you? My approach is engaging and discussion-based - we learn together. As your tutor, we will share thoughts and build our understanding of your topic's concepts and methods ✔️ Do you struggle with tricky topics? We’ll break concepts down step-by-step, making them easy to grasp. ✔️ Do you find exams stressful? We'll read the questions, practice past papers together, and work on writing expression. Knowing and understanding the necessary materials and content but still not getting the marks is very frustrating. I'll help you master techniques to tackle even the toughest questions! The best part of my job? Getting to know YOU. I take the time to understand how you learn best so that we can personalize your journey and achieve real results. Let’s build a strong foundation, boost your confidence, and make learning an adventure! As a tutor, I’m passionate about making learning enjoyable and helping students experience that “lightbulb moment” when everything clicks. With my background in Maths, Geography, and Economics, and a BSc in Economics, I bring both expertise and enthusiasm to my lessons. Having achieved top GCSE and IB grades, I understand the challenges students face, and I use that experience to guide pupils aged 11–18 through their learning journey with patience and clarity. I’ve always loved supporting others—whether it’s working with my sibling to boost their grades or mentoring younger students in school. My approach to tutoring is all about creating a supportive, interactive, and fun environment where pupils feel encouraged to ask questions and build their confidence. I lay out clear plans for each lesson to ensure we stay on track, but I also keep things engaging so learning doesn’t feel like a chore. From 11-18 I attended Dartford Grammar School after getting 421/423 in my 11+ exams. In my GCSEs I achieved eight level 9s (including Geography), two level 8s (Maths) and one level 6. At sixth form we did the IB, where I achieved all level 7s in my subjects which included higher Economics, Geography and Standard Maths. Then I attended the University of Nottingham and studied BSc Economics where I achieved a 2:1 including a first class in my dissertation.
