Hi! My name is Tom, I'm a 23 year old History graduate with a passion for teaching and assisting others by utilising my extensive knowledge of various periods of history and historical topics. During my studies I have focused on topics such as medicine, American expansionism, British Politics (18thC, 19thC, 20thC and 21stC), Soviet Russia, China and many many more! I am sure that whatever is needed of me, I'll be able to assist to the best of my abilities! Having graduated as part of the Class of 2021, I am now in the process of becoming an English teacher in Guangzhou China! Away from studies, I love all things football as well as taking a keen interest in technology and world affairs. I am a recent graduate of Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Bristol with a passion for both physics and mathematics which I hope I can pass to students while making the topics engaging and relevant to the real world. I have always had a great love for physics and science since I was very young when I was amazed by watching the stars in the night sky. I understand that many students feel daunted or overwhelmed by STEM topics like physics and maths, but I hope that I can use my experience and enthusiasm for the subject to find some avenue through which the subject can be understood and hopefully enjoyed. I have always enjoyed the opportunity to teach and explain concepts to people and believe I am skilled at finding some relatable comparison to difficult concepts which help the recipient understand what is trying to be conveyed. I am also very skilled in exam technique, preparation and revision applying many different techniques to achieve the best outcome.
