Hello! my names amelia and i am currently a fulltime tutor for gostudent. I have been here for over a year and a half and Absolutely adore teaching and I'm passionate about my students success. I consistently ensure lessons are engaging, in which i encourage my students to frequently do tasks throughout my lessons, as well as combining kahoot quizzes at the end, to not only ensure lessons are fun, but also ensure the students are learning. I absolutely love mathematics and teaching/helping people but, ultimately, my passion is dance. On top of my maths degree, I am training to be a professional commercial dancer. I love dance, drama, drawing, painting - anything creative! I like to be creative when teaching as I think learning should be a fun, exciting and enjoyable experience. I have 9 GCSEs and 3 A Levels in Mathematics (A*), Physics (A) and Chemistry (A). I have just completed three years doing Mathematics at the University of Manchester and have decided to stay on for another year in order to get a Master's degree in maths!

Levels and Subjects: Lower level - Geography, Biology, Chemistry GCSE - Biology, Chemistry A Level - Biology, Chemistry Exam Boards: My Biology and Chemistry A Levels were both AQA as well as the exam board I have been tutoring to year 13's at my old sixth form. *I tutor all exam boards except CIE* SEND: I have experience tutoring students with ADHD, autism and dyslexia at my old sixth form. Preferred age group: GCSE and A Level About me: I am 20 years old and in my first year of University doing medicine at QMUL Malta. In my gap year, I worked at my old school where I tutored AQA biology and chemistry to small groups of year 13s. Having gone through the UCAS process twice recently I also have a lot of knowledge regarding medical universities entry requirements and where might be best depending on your UCAT and GCSE grades. Some of my hobbies include surfing, going to the gym, gaming and music. I enjoy concerts and music festivals and have tickets to see Post Malone in May and plan on going to a couple of the festivals I haven't yet gone to this upcoming summer. I grew up in Ireland and moved here at 14 at the start of year 9 so if you are unfamiliar with the UK and its education system and are trying to get to grips with it I believe I'll be able to help you immensely as I went through the same thing. I am a student at the University of Oxford studying French and Spanish. I have been a tutor for nearly 3 years now in both languages. I love helping to progress other students' language skills in a fun, creative and engaging way that challenges and helps them to develop their spoken, written, reading and listening abilities. I studied at The Abbey School, Reading. I achieved 44/45 in the International Bacceleaureate. My higher levels were French, History and Spanish (7, 7, 7). My standard levels were English (literature & language), Maths (AI) and Sports Science (7, 7, 7). I also completed my GCSEs here. I am now studying French and Spanish at the University of Oxford.
