Hello! I am Riddhi. I was a graduate student studying Theoretical Physics at the University of Edinburgh 2021-22 and have now switched to web development recently. I am particularly interested in teaching Physics as well as Mathematics, as I can confidently claim that I have developed a deep intuition for both of these disciplines over the years. I believe that learning both Maths and Physics can be made into a fun process if taught accurately! I have done a Post-graduation course in Theoretical Physics. Apart from my personal education, my tutoring expertise lies in teaching Physics from Year 8 till Year 13, as well as teaching Maths till Year 9. I have been in the tutoring profession for past 5 years now. My greatest achievement so far would be getting a student from zero interest in studying Physics, to teaching them beyond their current year curriculum within just months. Being a Masters student, I understand the necessity for learning certain conventions (the hardest bit for a lot of students) in Physics and Maths, understanding which makes students grasp the subject matter much more efficiently.

My hobbies include working out, football and research. I believe that physical activity is very important for our mental health and it also helps us in making better decisions. Hello, my name is Aaliyah and I am from England. I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience. I love to travel and visit many different countries with my family and friends. I am no stranger to trying new things, especially food. I love food! A lot. I also enjoy painting, singing and dancing, even though some would say I should leave dancing to the professionals. I have been teaching for about 2 years and I am also TESOL certifie. I have worked at one of the most prestigious schools, Oxted High School. Working at Oxted has highlighted the importance of having competent, supportive and passionate teaching staff to support students in their studies. I have had the pleasure of working with many children from different age groups, whether it be in a group setting or one-to-one. My role was to ensure that children with learning difficulties get the best support they need and have an equal opportunity at learning. I really enjoy teaching and I hope that I can make a longlasting difference in every child I come across.
