About Me: I am a second year English Literature student at Royal Holloway University of London. I am confident, extroverted, sociable and patient. I have had a lot of experience with teaching. I tutored Primary School students on English and Maths as part of a babysitting job during my A Levels. I taught reading fluency and expression in Year 5 and 6 to younger years, as well as in Year 10 and 11 as part of my school's extracurricular activity program. I have taught around three classes of 30 A Level students British Sign Language to a conversational standard. I am Manjot Singh. I have done secondary school in Italy. I have a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. Currently, I am doing Masters in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. As I am a Mechanical Engineer, I have extensive knowledge in subjects like maths and physics. I can teach also Italian. I have experience in tutoring for 3 years. I am a sporty person, I like playing football and going to the gym. Music lover.

I've been tutoring for a while now, I did it all throughout secondary school. In year 13 I got a part-time 'job' in my school acting as a T.A for a year 9 science class, and I've never had so much fun. Being able to speak about my favourite subject whilst also inspiring kids to learn and love science was truly one of the best moments I've had in my school career. In my free time I love crocheting and reading, fantasy books are definitely my favourite, however my non-fiction collection remains ever growing. To keep fit and healthy I enjoy going on walks in woodlands and the gym, its also really cool being able to apply my biological knowledge about the human body to the real world!
