My career also includes roles as a Game Mathematician and Slot Designer, where I developed mathematical models for slot games, as well as experience as a Software Engineer and Actuarial Assistant. Hi! I am a final year Medical Student with around 10 years of tutoring experience with students aged 7-15 as well as teaching in my OSCE society at University. Levels & subjects I teach: Maths: primary, early secondary and GCSE English: primary and early secondary 11+ prep Languages: fluent in english and urdu/hindi Preferred student age group: primary and pre GCSE About me: I have an outgoing approach to make lessons a fun but productive space for students and make it a priority to understand the tutees in order to cater to their individual needs as a student and optimise their learning experience. I regularly keep parents updated and give tutees homework after each session as questions are the best way to consolodate their learning. I am currently a first year university student, studying PPE (politics, philosophy and economics) at the university of York. I successfully achieved straight As and A*s (7,8,9s) at GCSE, which led me to pick history, biology and Spanish at A level. I am particularly unique when it comes to Spanish teaching as I am a native speaker, being half Spanish, and having spoken the language from as little as I can remember. I sat my GCSE’s and A levels at Mayfield school, a boarding school for girls in East Sussex. After my a levels, I had successfully gotten into my firm and my insurance choice universities ( the university of Nottingham an the university of York). Both universities being Russel group, I ended up deciding to attend the university of York, here I currently am a first year studying PPE (BA)(politics, philosophy an economics).
