I am currently a university student in my second year of a Mathematics Bsc and I'm looking to help other students succeed in mathematics. I currently provide support for A-level Maths, GCSE Maths and Further Maths as well as support with the core pure mathematics in the Further Maths A-level. Hi! I'm Teacher Abby. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a TEFL certification. With over three years of experience teaching ESL online and one year of face-to-face teaching, I help students of all ages improve their English skills. I’m passionate about creating a fun, supportive learning environment where students can succeed and grow. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. During my thesis, I taught diverse students at a Russian online school, gaining valuable virtual teaching experience. After the pandemic, I transitioned to teaching in-person at a multigrade school, working with students from kindergarten through grade school. These experiences have helped me adapt to various learning environments and student needs.

I am studying towards a BSc in Mathematics, helping my fellows in said subject throughout my prior studies. My hobbies have included PC hardware and the space around it, some years of Aikido and archery, (not forgetting to mention) a delight in reading novels (be they published or in-progress works). I have a CertHE from the University of Warwick towards an Engineering course, and completed my A2s in 2017 (Mathematics/Further Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry). I studied for the FSMQ (Freestanding Mathematics Qualification) alongside GCSEs in 2015, almost achieving 'A's across the board.

I enjoy maths, and I hope to make it as easy and fun as possible for other students. My other hobbies include baking, reading, playing the piano, watching the football and spending time with my rabbit and dog. I am looking to tutor GCSE maths in particular, but I am also able to do Primary school maths. For my GCSE's I took Triple Science, History, French and Music, along with Maths, English Language and English Literature. I then went on to do an AS Level in History and A-Level Maths, Chemistry and Physics. I have just finished my second year of my Maths degree at the University of Leeds.
