Hi I'm Shreyaa! I'm a 2nd year medical student and some of my hobbies and interests include Indian classical dance, singing, watching movies and cooking :) I would love to teach you any(or all) of the following subjects: -Primary level Maths (I achieved a 9 in my GCSE and A in A-levels) -11+ Maths (I went to a grammar school and got full marks in my 11+ exam) I'm friendly and will always ensure you feel comfortable and you understand each one of my lessons. My students in the past have always said they loved my patience as it developed their confidence and they were never scared to ask me for help. I have five years experience of tutoring Maths and Physics. I have also taught A-level Maths lessons in a sixth form whilst a qualified teacher was observing the lesson. During this experience I learnt how to develop different explanations for the same concept on the spot and this has been a very useful skill. I use this experience during my lessons and am able to adapt to individual students quickly. I like to make my lessons interactive and write on an online whiteboard in real time so that the student can actively take notes. I use a stylus to write on an online whiteboard which allows the lessons to be more efficient. I emphasize understanding of a concept during my lessons, a high level of understanding will allow students to apply what they have learnt in their exams. I am currently a Theoretical Physics Student at Royal Holloway University of London and wish to become a Professor of Mathematic Physics. I am very good at simplifying difficult concepts and explaining them in a visual way, it is difficult to get this level of understanding in schools and I well help compensate this. I will use my years of experience study physics and maths to teach the concepts in the most efficient and useful way possible. I enjoy tennis, football, badminton and basketball. I've captained my school teams in Badminton and Cricket. I also enjoy running and aim to run the London marathon next year so I have to train very hard. Studied GCSEs in London where I obtained eight grade 9s, one grade 8, one grade 7, an A* in Further Mathematics and an A in additional mathematics. I also studied my A-levels in London where I obtained 3A*s and 2A's in Maths, Further Maths, EPQ, Physics and Chemistry respectively. I am currently studying Theoretical Physics at Royal Holloway University of London.
