Hi, I am Naomi and I am thrilled to be your online tutor. I have had the pleasure of working with students from different ages and backgrounds. I am a tutor for Mathematics and my target students are primary to secondary students. Everyone has a unique learning style, and I like to adapt my teaching approach to meet each student’s needs. I use the online interactive whiteboard for lessons which allows both parties to write, annotate or highlight on the screen. The work for every lesson is carefully designed to suit each individual's need which is identified from initial assessment and ongoing observations. I enjoy teaching because I love helping students to develop their skills and achieve their academic goals. Levels and subjects I teach: GCSE: Mathematics KS3: Mathematics 11 plus: Mathematics I graduated from Imperial College London in BSc in Chemistry with Management with First Class Honours. For A Level, I achieved A in Maths, Chemistry and Accounting and also B in Physics For GCSE, I had 9 GCSEs including 7 A in Maths, Science, Commerce, Geography, etc My academic excellence serves as a strong foundation in tutoring as I can explain concepts clearly ensuring students grasp the material effectively. My experience in tackling challenging problems equips me with strategies to help students approach difficult questions with confidence and precision.

Hello! I'm James, 22, a final year Maths and Physics student at the University of Bath. I chose this program of study as I have always been astounded by the vast number of problems, most of which you wouldn’t expect, that have a solution that can be found with a strong understanding of both subjects! During the 23/24 academic year, I had the opportunity to complete a study year abroad at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, whilst abroad I had experience in a tutoring setting and received feedback including “created a comfortable environment” and “patient and dedicated”. This experience ignited a passion in me to explore a teaching/tutoring career as the feeling of helping someone understand difficult concepts and then aiding them to realise and achieve their potential in a subject was second to none. I believe the learning process should be enjoyable and engaging, to do this I like to build a friendly yet professional relationship with students so that they feel confident and comfortable enough to raise concerns so that we can try different teaching styles and methods to suit their needs best. I am dedicated to helping students reach their full potential and ensuring they leave every session feeling fulfilled and educated. In my free time, I love to play various card and board games as well as running. I attended a local state school in my hometown to complete my GCSEs and A-levels and I am currently a final year student at the University of Bath. I also completed a study year abroad at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln during the 23/24 academic year. My qualifications are 13 GCSEs (A*-B) and 4 A-levels (A*-A including maths, physics and chemistry)

Hi, my name’s Arandeep and I’m 20, I am a second year Economics BSc student at the University of Nottingham. I predominantly tutor Maths at GCSE and A-Level with 3 years of experience and have increased Maths GCSE grades for all student’s I tutored for the previous exam season. Maths is a massive passion of mine and I hope to make the student find their passion for maths and achieve the best possible grades. As Economics is what I currently study, I am more than familiar with the content at A-Level (having only completed my A-Levels 3 years ago) and I know of the essential skills and techniques required. I enjoy playing sports with avid interests in Football and Cricket, I play Sunday League Football as well as 5-a-side and played for my school and college Cricket team. As well as sports I enjoy listening to podcasts regarding finance and technology (fintech). I play PlayStation occasionally and go to the gym regularly as a way to stay on top of fitness.
