I’m Daisy, and I’m currently studying English Literature at the University of Leeds! I have a passion for both literature and history, and I achieved highly in both of these subjects in my A-levels. Essay subjects are hugely difficult, and can often seem overwhelming, however I will help students to break down questions, structure them clearly, substantiate their knowledge, and most of all make learning fun. Note: I no longer teach primary!!!

My experience with Daisy was money-wasting. I paid 200 pounds for 8 lessons . No plans, no commitment to lesson attendance. She wasn't even bothered to reply to me when I told her we wont continue

GCSE: English Language, English Literature, German A-Level: Law, English Language, German Uni Level: Law, English Language Languages: English and German Preferred student age group: Any About me: I am an experienced English Language and Literature tutor with a track record of increasing student exam scores by more than 70% through implementing effective communication and teaching tools. My teaching style includes: - Delivering student-tailored lessons by modifying teaching approaches, exercises and assessments, - Simplifying complex subject matters and - Providing informed and effective feedback to tutees with support and encouragement. I would say my prime skill lies in communicating with students and being able to understand their needs, so as to bring about the best results. I enjoy tutoring because I love sharing knowledge and helping students express themselves and achieve their best. In my free time I like reading novels, learning new things such as crafts and languages, playing badminton and socializing with friends and family.

I am a third year medical student at Imperial College London, who also attended Queen Elizabeth's Boys' School. Whilst being a student, who's done his 11+, GCSEs and A-levels, I had to came up with new techniques to try and break down complex topics into smaller and simpler topics. I would love to pass on this knowledge, that I have gained through my experiences, onto younger students who are currently going through the processes that I did. My teaching style consists of seeing how each individual student learns best and then gearing my lessons towards their particular strengths to make learning as easy and fun as possible. I am a third year medical student at Imperial College London, who also attended Queen Elizabeth's Boys' School. I got 3A*'s in my A-Levels for Maths, Biology and Chemistry and I got 9 9's and 1 8 in my GCSEs. I have four years teaching experience, with two years at Cherry Hill, teaching 11+ Maths, SATS Maths as well as GCSE Maths and Science.

Hey guys, my name is Elise! My love for maths began around age 15, when everything suddenly 'clicked'. This allowed me to achieve grade A at both GCSE and A-level as well as a First Class Honours in Accounting and Finance! After using maths tutors for extra support during my school years, I understand the qualities a great tutor must have. My friendly nature, enthusiasm, patience, adaptability and empathy will all contribute towards - giving your child an effective and personalised learning experience, a confidence boost, discovering THEIR best methods and achieving the grades they deserve! :)
