Hello! My name is Katie and I’m a third year student at Nottingham Trent University studying Primary Education. I have always enjoyed learning and helping others. I have experience working with children with a range of SEN through my time on placement in primary schools. The desire to become a primary school teacher has been fostered within me by my own educators as I have been told I have a good affinity with children. Whilst on placement I have worked and taught in a range of age groups from reception to year 6. I enjoy teaching each and every one! In my free time I like going for beach walks as I live on the coast and spending time with my family and friends. I also adore travelling and visiting new places and cultures. - I am currently studying at Nottingham Trent University on a 4 year course studying Primary Education with QTS. I am going into my last year. - I passed my 11+ and went to Chatham and Clarendon Grammar school - I achieved 8 GCSE’s all graded 9-7 - I achieved 3 A-Levels: Sociology, English Literature and Philosophy, graded ABB - I have a wide range of experience from my placements at University. I have also got experience with children with SEND and learning difficulties.
