Hello! My name is Laura Cain and I am a student at Nottingham University. In my spare time, I enjoy playing classical piano and musical arts. I teach classical piano to students around my neighbourhood. I often indulge in winter sports, both playing and watching. I hope to make a difference in the world one day, one small step at a time. In History, I specify in teaching Communist states, the American Civil Rights Movement, the Vietnam War, Crime and Punishment. I attended Kenilworth School and transferred to Kenilworth Sixth form afterwards. I took English Literature, modern History and Sociology for A levels. I am currently in third year, studying BA Hons Classics and Archaeology at the University of Nottingham.

I have availability for students Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I have been an educator and trainer for over 10 years and love nothing more than seeing students achieve their goals. I am a scuba diving instructor as my main role and work all over the world. I enjoy watching Netflix and love diving even when I am not in work. I have been lucky to see a lot of the world through all my roles during my career. I tutor 11+, English at primary level and also tutor mathematics and science up to GCSE. I have knowledge of all UK countries curriculum and also the German curriculum. I myself completed the 11+ equivalent when younger and understand the commitment and learning that is needed to succeed. My favourite subjects in school were maths, science and physical education. I am also experienced in working with children with additional learning needs.

Hi, I'm Josh, an 18-year-old from Norwich, UK. I'm currently enjoying my gap year before I leave to study Economics at Sheffield University. I'm currently working as a mentor in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science at a leading UK Sixth Form, where I was a previous student and mentoring online outside of this. Despite my relative youth I also have previous experience mentoring GCSE maths at a local high school and privately. Additionally, whilst in Vietnam, I taught English to prospective IELTS students. Outside of mentoring, I enjoy racquet sports, running and skiing as well as good books and good music.
