GCSE: Chemistry, Biology A-level: Psychology Experience with: AQA exam board / medical school exams / 11+ tutoring Preferred age group: 10-16 I enjoy baking and learning to cook new dishes from different cuisines. I like to read in my spare time and go on hikes with my family/ I am a medical student and have had past experience with tutoring in GCSE subjects and mentoring aspiring medical students with their applications. Through my own experience, I am aware of how challenging exams can be but have learnt exam techniques and ways to creatively revise and I hope to be able to spread my knowledge to help more students in achieving their best potential!

Working as a Maths, English and 11+ tutor for the past 7 years, I have had the pleasure of teaching children aged 4 to 16 from various backgrounds. My job role includes working with children whom had special educational needs and those who speak limited English therefore I believe it to be vital that each individual’s way of learning is taken into account, through organising imaginative and stimulating projects to motivate the children. I believe patience to be extremely important when tutoring any child and I am certain that I am able to carry forward these skills when teaching your child. I have also worked as a music teacher for the past 3 years, teaching composition to children aged 7 through to 11 whilst additionally conducting individual singing lessons and leading the choir. I successfully organised lesson plans in line with the curriculum objectives and continued to present a dynamic delivery to the children. Through this role, I was able to support the improvement of the children’s confidence in composition and performance, whilst working closely with colleagues and liaising with parents to ensure that children were both learning and enjoying their education. I have a strong passion for both children’s educational progress but additionally their respective self-development. At A Level, I obtained an A* in English Language, A in German, and A in Music. I additionally hold an Algebra Level 3 award. I have achieved a Diploma in Music and Grade 8 in singing.

I am an English and Creative Writing student at University and I love to make art and do yoga in my spare time. My favourite subject to teach is poetry, but Shakespeare is also up there! I have a cat, and welcome you to show me your pets during lessons :) I attended Queens’ School, Bushey where I achieved high scores in my A Levels and GCSEs. I achieved above 6 in all GCSEs, including 9s in English Language and Literature. For A Levels I studied Psychology, English Literature and Biology, achieving A*AA. I am currently a student at the University of Warwick.

Hi! Im Cheryl. I studied Biology, Chemistry and Sociology as A Levels and I am currently in my Third year of Medical School. I have many years experience being a tutor and I am confident I can help you to achieve your educational goals, whatever they may be! I received 11 GCSE qualifications from Dunraven Secondary Academy. My elective courses were Sociology and Dance. I studied Sociology again at A Level along with Chemistry and Biology at La Retraite Sixth Form. I am now in my Third year of Medical school at PMU.
