I am studying Biotechnology at the University of Nottingham and have been tutoring students from KS2 to A-Level for two years. I am passionate about making learning more fun for my pupils because that way they'll learn better. I am very good at explaining difficult concepts in different ways so that all students understand. I did A Levels in Biology (AQA), Chemistry (AQA), Economics (Edexcel). I am in my third year of Biotechnology BSc (Hons) and have studied a variety of modules during my studies that equiped me with relevant knowledge that will allow me to stretch my students who want to know more about science. I help my students reach their maximum potential by focusing on building the skills that they will need to succeed in exams. Exam skills are often the downfall of even very intelligent students. Exams are stressful and unnatural enviroments, but by practicing all types of questions together, my students have gone on to achieve grades that they would not have thought possible.

At GCSE level I got predomantly 8's and at A levels I got awarded ABB from the government (though if I took the exams I would have gotten higher). Outside of education I love anything to do with sports, whether that be playing them or just watching them. I am a avid gym goer and used to be a Great British athlete when I was 14-16! Now however, I just casually play sports for fun, with my favourite sports being rugby, swimming and waterpolo. Also in the Summer, I love to spend most of my time down the beach surfing!

Hi I'm Esha! I study Optometry at university and I aspire to become an optometrist as I really enjoy learning about eyes and how to examine a patient. I enjoy baking and traveling. I'm a patient, considerate and compassionate tutor, so I work well with students with learning disabilities. Experience: 2 years at secondary school tutoring after school.
