Hello, I teach English Literature and Sociology, both at GCSE and A Level. My name is Innes and I am currently in my third year of studying Sociology with Criminology, at York University. I am a positive and enthusiastic individual, who is dedicated to making learning fun and interactive. I will tailor each lesson to the individual's personal academic goals. I am patient and understanding and want to motivate each student to engage positively with our lessons. I have four A levels in Sociology, Philosophy and Ethics, History and English Literature. I am currently in my third year of my Undergraduate Degree at York University. I have GCSE's in English Language, English Literature, Religious Studies, Graphic Design, Geography, History, Maths, Science and Finance. I taught myself A level Sociology which required determination and resilience. I hope to instil confidence to my students and help grow their independent learning skills.

Hi, I am 25-year-old University of Leeds graduate, with a BA honours in English Literature and History. I have also successfully applied to a History MA at Queen Mary University, to start in September 2023. I have worked as an English Foreign Language teacher in South Korea and as a Social Media and Event Director. I teach GCSE English Literature/language and A level English Literature. I'm 20 years old and study English Literature at the University of Durham. I’m in my second year of university and my favourite book is Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. I have my bronze and silver Duke of Edinburgh awards as well as my Chief Scout gold award. I have a set of GCSE’s in grades 6-9 (8 and 9 in English subjects), I studied English literature, geography and sociology at A level and achieved all A’s in these subjects. I am currently a second year student at the university of Durham. I spent a few months at my secondary school gaining work experience as a teaching assistant.
