I am an undergraduate student at Bayes Business School with a passion for tutoring and education. After completing my O and A levels, I realized the importance of personalized academic support in making a smooth transition between educational stages. I firmly believe that having access to tailored tutoring during my own studies would have greatly enhanced my confidence and academic performance. Since beginning my tutoring journey, I have worked with students ranging from KS2 to A-Level and university-level subjects, helping them not only understand challenging concepts but also build their confidence in learning. My teaching style balances formality with a student-centered approach, tailoring lessons to each student’s preferred learning style—whether visual, auditory, or hands-on. I strive to make learning engaging and interactive, ensuring that students look forward to lessons rather than viewing them as an extension of school. My goal is to create an environment where students feel encouraged, supported, and motivated to achieve their best. With over four years of professional tutoring experience, I have successfully guided students across various exam boards, including GCSEs, IGCSEs, AQA, EdExcel, WJEC, and OCR. My expertise spans multiple subjects, such as Accounting, Maths, English Language, English Literature and Business Studies, allowing me to provide well-rounded academic support. I am committed to continuing this journey, helping students overcome challenges, strengthen their skills, and reach their full potential. I am pursuing a BSc (Honours) in Business Management at Bayes Business School, City, St. George’s, University of London, with an expected graduation in July 2025. Before university, I completed my O levels and A levels in Pakistan and did a Foundation course in Business and Economics with Accounting at INTO City, London. I also broadened my academic experience with a semester abroad at the University of Texas, Austin. My specializations lie in marketing, strategy, business communication, management, and business innovation. Through both my academic and professional experiences, I have developed a well-rounded skill set that positions me well for roles in marketing, business development, and strategic management.

Working as a Maths, English and 11+ tutor for the past 7 years, I have had the pleasure of teaching children aged 4 to 16 from various backgrounds. My job role includes working with children whom had special educational needs and those who speak limited English therefore I believe it to be vital that each individual’s way of learning is taken into account, through organising imaginative and stimulating projects to motivate the children. I believe patience to be extremely important when tutoring any child and I am certain that I am able to carry forward these skills when teaching your child. I have also worked as a music teacher for the past 3 years, teaching composition to children aged 7 through to 11 whilst additionally conducting individual singing lessons and leading the choir. I successfully organised lesson plans in line with the curriculum objectives and continued to present a dynamic delivery to the children. Through this role, I was able to support the improvement of the children’s confidence in composition and performance, whilst working closely with colleagues and liaising with parents to ensure that children were both learning and enjoying their education. I have a strong passion for both children’s educational progress but additionally their respective self-development. Hi! I am Lamees and am currently a gap year student, due to stury Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at Durham University. During my time at sixth-form, I was one of the top students. From getting 3A*, getting Distinction in the Maths Olympaid for Girls to winning the school's Philosophy Prize I want to pass on my knowledge to others! GCSEs All 9s in the following subjects: Mathematics, English Language and Literature, Triple Sciences, RS, DT, History and German A in Additional Mathematics (FSMQ) A-Levels A*A*A*A in Philosophy, Mathematics, Economics (Edexcel) and History respectively.

I have completed A-levels in biology, chemistry and psychology and currently in 2nd year of university studying Bsc in pharmacology. I love teaching and strive to help others reach success through learning. I teach GCSE biology, chemistry, 11+maths/primary maths(&up till yr9), A-level Biology and psychology. I have over 2 years experience in teaching 11+ maths to kids(including my brothers). I have also helped my classmates, last year, 4 days a week in teaching them A level biology and psychology content. It is vital that what you learn is very exam board specific and only what you need to know.
