My name is Sophie, I'm a recent graduate of the University of Oxford, with a 2:1 in my degree in Theology and Religion. I'm currently doing a gap year, working in a tutoring centre. I have three A* at A-Level, in English Literature, Sociology, and Religious Studies. I have experience in tutoring, and working with young people. I am a medical student with previous experience tutoring 11+ (CEM and GL), core GCSE subjects (+ history) and A-Level Chemistry and Biology. I did my A-levels in Chemistry, Biology, Maths, and Further maths and also opted to do an EPQ. I enjoy working with students of all ages and believe that learning is supposed to be fun. Hence, I like to adapt my teaching methods to ensure that the sessions are tailored to meet the needs of individual students and they feel comfortable asking any questions that arise during teaching sessions. I enjoy playing chess, reading books and watching different series on Netflix during my spare time. I am currently fluent in 3 languages and am learning 2 new languages, one of which is Latin!

I am Jhon Faith Ramirez. I am twenty-five years old and hold a bachelor's degree in secondary education with a major in mathematics. I am a licensed teacher by profession and am currently pursuing a master's degree in mathematics education. For the last five years, I have worked as a freelance mathematics tutor and a mathematics instructor, teaching children and adults. I took up a bachelor of secondary education major in mathematics and finished it in the year 2019 at Villaflores College in the Philippines. Right after my graduation, I was absorbed by the same school and offered a teaching position as a mathematics instructor. While practicing my profession at a young age, at 20 years old, I also took the licensure examination for teachers and passed it in the same year. Right now, I am pursuing my masters degree in mathematics teaching at Negros Oriental State University in the Philippines. I am also currently teaching as a mathematics teacher in a public school, teaching both junior and senior high school students.
