Hi, I’m Sivapriya, 25 years old, and I have been working on this platform since February 2022. I teach primary level: Mathematics, English (including phonics); secondary level: Mathematics, English, and Science; GCSE level: Computer Science, Biology, Maths, Physics, and Chemistry (all boards); A-Level: Computer Science (all boards). Firstly, I engage and captivate the class. Next, they study the target language, followed by controlled practice activities. Finally, they engage in free practice activities related to the target language.

I'm a friendly and enthusiastic teacher of Spanish who loves teaching, learning and studying. I'm a teacher of English and Spanish. I've studied to teach both languages. I really enjoy teaching Spanish and showing my culture to all those who want to learn. I've been teaching for 23 years and I've been tutoring online for 5 years. So, I'm patient and enthusiastic. When I teach, I cater for communication and I try to develop the intercultural competence in all my students. I'm a M.A. in Contemporary Literature written in English. Helping others has always been something Ive tried to do wherever possible and is one of the main reasons why Ive tutored in the past and also why I want to become a Doctor. I am a determined and goal orientated individual who enjoys achieving fulfilment through completing tasks and activities. I can be quite competitive but never to mine or my teams detriment as the greater goal always outweighs personal gain. Football, swimming, cricket and basketball are some of my favourite sports and I like to believe that my love of sports and playing them has increased my communication, cooperation and leadership skills. I think a lot of the attributes I have developed through roles and experiences I have had in life can help me achieve success both as a tutor and hopefully as a future Doctor. I am currently studying medicine at university and wish to become a paediatric surgeon in the future. I obtained my GCSEs at Lister Community School achieving 9 A*-A and 2 B's. I attended Brampton Manor Academy for my A levels where I did Biology, Chemistry, Physics and AS level Mathematics. I am also familiar with the grammar school entry exams (11+) as I sat them myself as a child and have tutored kids for them in the past

I hold a Master’s degree in Engineering and am currently pursuing my Doctorate, continuously expanding my expertise to provide the best education for my students. With a decade of teaching experience since 2014, I have had the privilege of guiding students at various academic levels. My primary goal is to enhance each student’s academic performance by strengthening their foundation and advancing their knowledge step by step. Beyond academics, I strive to instill a love for lifelong learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. I am deeply committed to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment where students feel encouraged, confident, and motivated to reach their full potential. I hold an M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (2016) and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in the same field. Additionally, I qualified for GATE in 2020, demonstrating my strong technical proficiency. With 10 years of teaching experience in both offline and online modes, I have had the opportunity to mentor and guide numerous students. Previously, I worked as an Assistant Professor at various engineering colleges, but since 2020, I have been dedicated exclusively to online tutoring. My focus is on delivering high-quality education, simplifying complex concepts, and helping students excel in their academic and professional journeys.
