Hello. I teach Sociology, Business and English at GCSE and A level and I have experience of AQA and Edexcel exam boards. I have also taught Btec Business level 1-3 I can offer History to GCSE level. Quite recently I completed a Master's degree in Philosophy as I love learning new things just as much as I love to teach. I make learning fun wherever possible and tailor every lesson to the student's needs. I use a variety of methods so you won't get bored and I am always happy to answer questions and re-explain things. There's no such thing as a silly question! I appreciate people who try, no matter what their ability is, and i love seeing people achieve things that they never dreamed they could. Let me help you do that. Outside of work I enjoy reading, working on my allotment and making art and fabric items which I sometimes sell at craft fairs. I am currently a student at University of Birmingham, in my second year of a Geography (BA) degree. I am also part of the music team at Radio society. At Sixthform, I completed 3 A Levels - A* Sociology, A Geography, A* Media. I really enjoyed getting stuck into work at Sixthform and developed an effective plan and timetable for revision. I will use this to base my tutoring on - practicing past questions, learning and perfecting what the marker is looking for aswell as flash cards. I have previous experience tutoring year 10s GCSE Geography and got chosen by my head of year to do this. This summer, I worked as an Activity Leader for a Tech Kids Camp teaching kids how to make and use robots!
