During this time, I was a PAL leader. This role encompassed leading workshops on exam techniques, study skills, and challenging topics within a Biochemistry degree. Tutoring experience: I have been tutoring for three years, including volunteer tutoring for students who have been unable to attend school. I focus on developing personalised and engaging lessons. It is important to me to help students understand the topics I cover and apply what they have learned in the context of exam questions, thereby enhancing their confidence in exams. The students I am experienced in tutoring are GCSE and A-Level students. I also mentored and assisted students during my Chemistry Prefect and PAL leader tenure, which further enhanced my teaching abilities.
